14 DAY CONSISTENCY CHALLENGE
I’ll be posting in here along with my IG story journalling everything I’m challenging my self to do, to hold my self accountable.
14 Day consistency challenge consist of :
1. 12 hour fast
2. 1 hour work out with weights
3. 1 hour cardio , ( running , stairs , basketball etc… )
4. 1 hour with out your phone Mandatory
5. 1 hour of only looking at the charts no distractions
NO EXCUSES WE ALL HAVE THE RESOURCES TO COMPLETE THIS
You deserve this , this is to show yourself how bad you really want it, If you aren’t able to complete any of these things then you don’t deserve the rewards of being successful. Simple
Being successful takes a lot and if you can’t complete 5 simple task, that 3 are to better your health so you have more energy and clarity, 1 to clear your mind from BS , and 1 hour to your actual craft…. You simply don’t deserve
But I know you won’t let your self down SOOO
