Welcome to the channel of English language (English learning Social Family Club).

On this platform we will be posting our activities and meeting programs for the Very Newly Created Club.

Our goal here is to bring people together who are interested in socializing in English Language and levering up on linguistic ground.

As long as the venue we have chosen, owns a big enough space, we have a tremendous opportunity to bring our kids to play and give them a chance to mingle with other international kids.

A  night of december so dark and cold,
I walked a path ages old
The moon amongst the clouds revealed
lightning valleys, forest and field
Embraced by silence I wandered the moor
an endless landscape by my side
when in the mist I saw a light
dancing through the hazy night

Human Rights Day and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights
Human Rights Day is observed annually around the world on 10 December. It commemorates the anniversary of one of the world's most groundbreaking global pledges: the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR). This landmark document enshrines the inalienable rights that everyone is entitled to as a human being - regardless of race, colour, religion, sex, language, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status.

The Declaration was proclaimed by the United Nations General Assembly in Paris on 10 December 1948 and sets out, for the first time, fundamental human rights to be universally protected.

As a “common standard of achievement for all peoples and all nations”, the UDHR is a global blueprint for international, national, and local laws and policies and a bedrock of the 2030 Agenda for sustainable development.

It is available in 577 languages, from Abkhaz to Zulu, making the UDHR the most translated document in the world.

📌 Christmas train

   The popular Christmas train returned to Colombia’s capital Bogota, after a six-year break because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
   The train is 400 meters long, and it has 14 cabins which can carry up to 600 passengers. Once a year, it uses old travel infrastructure, which modern trains have not used for more than 30 years. Santa Claus and nutcrackers welcome passengers at the train station, and then, they walk through the train, speak to people, and give gifts to children.
   The train runs all of December, and it brings the holiday spirit to the city. Every night, people come out to see it, and to enjoy the moment. According to authorities, the train also interests tourists, and some of its passengers are foreigners.
