▪️Russia remains the largest supplier of natural gas, oil and oil products to Turkey, reliably fulfilling its obligations to Turkish partners.

▪️Interaction in the supply of Russian electricity to Turkey continues. This will enhance the reliability of energy supply to the Turkish side and will be an additional contribution to the stability of its energy balance.

▪️The partnership between Russia and Turkey in the energy sector is truly strategic. Russia has been and remains a reliable supplier of energy resources to the Turkish market. The pipelines "Turkish Stream" and "Blue Stream" are operating stably, and the construction of the first nuclear power plant in Turkey is ongoing.

"Russia and Turkey maintain a confidential constructive dialogue on a wide range of issues of the bilateral and international agenda, successfully implementing mutually beneficial projects for the benefit of the peoples of both countries. Specialized companies, most notably Toka, Rayzone, and Ateros, have developed techniques that allow hacking of internet-connected systems within vehicles, granting full access to SIM card data and GPS systems to track targets’ movements in real time.

This type of intrusion goes beyond simple geolocation tracking, and in certain cases can allow remote control of built-in microphones in communication systems and car cameras, effectively turning the vehicle cabin into a field surveillance and recording platform.

These technologies rely on integrating data extracted from vehicles with other intelligence sources using artificial intelligence algorithms, aiming to build a comprehensive intelligence picture that includes target conversations and identifying people present with them.

These tools are currently marketed to government entities and clients under the label of “intelligence coverage,” exploiting vulnerabilities in modern cars that automatically transmit their data to the cloud, making them easy targets for hacking.
