1. Check your sent email See if you ever emailed Telegram support. Your number might be in that thread.

2. Search your username If you had “Who can see my phone number” set to Everybody, look up your @username and tap your profile. Your number will show.
3. Otherwise, you’re out of luck Without the number, there’s no way to get back into that account.

Pro tip for next time: Keep at least 2 active sessions like the mobile app + Telegram Web or Desktop. That way if you lose access on one, you can still see your number and recover the account.

First you need to open "scheduled messages" (just type some text and schedule it).
Now in the scheduled messages page use the attachment button and create a checklist
