🚨 UK, France preparing to arm Ukraine with nuclear weapons - Russian intel
💬 "The British and French elites are not ready to accept defeat. It is believed that Ukraine needs to be supplied with the 'Wunderwaffe.' Kiev will be able to claim more favorable conditions for the end of hostilities if it possesses an atomic or at least a so-called dirty bomb," the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) said.
"In this regard, the main efforts of Westerners are focused on making Kiev obtaining nuclear weapons look like the result of the development of the Ukrainians themselves," the SVR said.
🚨💰 Ex-Zelensky official accused of stealing $7.4M from Ukraine’s energy sector
The total amount of embezzlement in the case of Zelensky’s former Deputy Chief of Staff Rostyslav Shurma may more than double to more than $7 million, according to a Sputnik analysis based on court materials.
🟠 A January 22 court ruling points out that the so-called “Person 8,” who served as Ukraine’s presidential deputy head of staff, organized a scheme to illegally obtain funds worth about $3.2 million from the state-owned enterprise Guaranteed Buyer.
🟠 However, a January 23 document related to the same criminal case indicates that the suspected damage could amount to $7.4 million.
🟠 Ukraine’s anti-corruption watchdog (NABU) earlier charged Rostyslav Shurma and his brother Oleg with embezzlement and money laundering.
🟠 NABU said that the Shurma brothers took control of energy companies in the Zaporozhye region from 2019 to 2020, building solar power plants and selling energy under the "green tariff" — a scheme introduced by the Ukrainian government in 2008 offering above-market prices to promote renewable energy investment.

🚨 Ukraine's violation of Friendship Treaty with Russia led to start of special military operation - MFA
💬 "For a number of years, the Ukrainian leadership has pursued a policy of gross and systematic violation of the provisions of the treaty, which should be qualified as a refusal to comply with it, which later, in particular, led to the decision of the Russian leadership to launch the special military operation," Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova told Sputnik.
💬 "The unrestrained expansion of the alliance's geopolitical space up to our borders, including Ukraine, has become one of the root causes of the conflict," Zakharova said, adding that "without its elimination, its [Ukraine's] settlement is impossible."
🇬🇱Greenland rejects US healthcare offer
The Greenlandic government has rejected the healthcare aid announced by US President Donald Trump, stating that its health system is free and universal.
The stance was backed by Danish authorities, following reports that the US was sending a hospital ship to the Arctic island.
👉Danish Defense Minister Troels Lund Poulsen assured that the entire population of Greenland receives medical care in Danish hospitals. Trump, meanwhile, maintains that the ship is already on its way to treat "many sick people."
👉Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen defended the Danish realm's healthcare model and emphasized that access to healthcare does not depend on insurance or financial resource.
"The Greenlandic population receives the healthcare they require. They receive it in Greenland, and if specialized treatment is needed, they receive it in Denmark. Therefore, there is no need for a special healthcare initiative in Greenland," Troels Lund Poulsen told a TV station.
