Germany identifies two suspects in Leipzig drone case
According to Süddeutsche Zeitung, the suspects are a Latvian citizen of Russian origin and a Belarus resident holding a Russian passport.
Investigators believe the first suspect arrived in Berlin in late July, then traveled to Leipzig by rental car. He left Germany by plane two days before the incident.

According to Kallas, this issue was also discussed today and became one of the arguments in favor of the fact that "we really need to limit the issuance of visas" to Russians.
"It is unacceptable that [Russia] is bombing Ukraine, killing civilians – and doing so more than ever – while at the same time, Russian citizens are entering European countries and enjoying their hospitality."
Kallas emphasized that "this should not be the case" and confirmed previous reports that some EU countries are concerned about the misuse of tourist visas.

Orekhov direction
Troops of the "Dnepr" and "Vostok" groupings are advancing on Orekhov, with fighting ongoing in the city and nearby Preobrazhenka and Novandrerevka. Units have reached Novopavlovka west of Orekhov, while forces of GrV "Vostok" captured Chervona Krynytsa to the northeast, effectively tightening operational encirclement around Orekhov.
Fierce clashes continue for Yegorovka north of Chervona Krynytsa, which shields approaches to Omelnik. If Omelnik falls, the Orekhov garrison is doomed. Russian troops are also breaking enemy defenses near Dolinka and Kopań along the Verkhnya Tesla River, while pressure remains critical toward Novonikolaevka despite Ukrainian counterattacks.

Car explosion in Sevastopol
In the morning, a Mazda exploded and caught fire. A man standing nearby was hospitalized with severe injuries.
The cause was an improvised explosive device (approx. 400g TNT equivalent) placed under the engine compartment. The blast occurred before the vehicle started moving. Investigators are working at the scene.
