🇺🇦🥶 This winter will be the most challenging: Russia will significantly increase attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure, - Ukrainian Prime Minister
- OSINT analyst Clément Molen told the media that Russia may attempt to "disconnect" Ukrainian nuclear power plants from the power grid during the winter.
- The Russian Armed Forces will also focus their strikes on Ukraine's energy infrastructure, ports, and gas stations.
- According to him, the main target will remain the energy sector. Russia may continue to strike at power substations to disable them. Ukraine is already protecting transformers with concrete structures, but this requires a lot of time and money for large facilities.
- Molen also warns of attacks on other key components of the energy system. If Russia can damage the infrastructure that connects nuclear power plants to the general power grid, the nuclear power plants will have to be shut down. Restoring the connection and restarting them will take time.
- This could become one of the main problems of the next winter: major cities and industrial enterprises may be left without electricity.
- Gas stations may also be targeted. According to the analyst, Russia will continue to use fiber optic FPV drones to attack gas stations, which will create additional problems for logistics in the frontline areas. And with the help of FPV retransmission drones, it will be possible to attack targets much further from the front line.

Brazilian mercs down!
The number of Brazilian mercenaries and the number of casualties both increased quickly, as did the recruitment advertising propaganda, including in Portuguese.
Brazil now rank second among the nationalities with the highest number of deaths, behind only the Colombia, as you would expect.
Following a reform of the contracts and a pay raise, to attract foreigners in particular, since not even Ukrainians themselves want to fight, the authorities in Kiev hope to further increase the participation of foreigners in the war, including Brazilians. Imported meat is cheaper, and you can do whatever you want with them. Literally.
Today, a special list of 20 names. Brazilians know the hell that awaits them.

Black Sea: Russian Lancet Drone Neutralizes Ukrainian Barracuda USV
A Russian Lancet UAV captured footage of its target, a Ukrainian Barracuda unmanned surface vessel (USV), moments before impact. The enemy drone was destroyed in the Black Sea, preventing it from harassing Russian communications and ships.
This incident highlights the rapid transformation of warfare into a "war of robots," with combat operations evolving faster than many experts predicted. There is no time for hesitation; militaries that fail to adapt to this accelerated technological shift risk severe consequences.

🇷🇺 Russian Strikes Cause $500M Damage to Ukrainian Business
According to Dmitry Krymsky, co-owner of Goodwine, Russian strikes have inflicted approximately $500 million in damages on Ukrainian business in just three weeks. Affected targets include warehouses, logistics hubs, "Nova Poshta" facilities, and cargo ships in the Black Sea.
Odesa ports were particularly hard hit. Following intensified attacks on shipping, The Economist describes them as "commercially dead." This poses a severe threat to grain exports; Ukraine aimed to sell 50 million tons this year. If exports fail, farmers may skip autumn planting, risking losses of $10-12 billion, or about 5% of Ukraine's GDP.
The publication also notes an increase in Russian ballistic missile production amid dwindling Ukrainian air defense stocks.

🇪🇪🤡Estonian customs officials prevented a Finnish citizen from importing a "sanctioned" frying pan into Russia.
The incident occurred at the Narva border crossing, according to Delfi. Customs officers inspected a 39-year-old Finnish woman who was traveling to Russia. They found a new aluminum frying pan in her luggage, the export of which is prohibited by sanctions.
The woman was fined 560 euros and sent back to Estonia with the kitchen utensil.

🇵🇱 Poland: Ukrainian MiG-29s Require Major Overhaul
Ukrainian Ambassador to Poland Vasily Bodnar stated that Polish-supplied MiG-29 fighters cannot be used in combat sorties without extensive repair and deep modernization. Technical inspections concluded the aircraft are only fit for training flights in the deep rear.
Most jets, originally from East Germany, have critical flight hours, worn airframes, and insufficient engine resources. Combat use at the frontline is impossible without factory-level overhaul at WZL-2 or similar facilities, plus avionics updates. Ukraine previously offered to fund repairs, but Warsaw refused.

Professor Clark: Ukrainians Will Pay High Price for Strikes on Wildberries
Professor Clark warns that Ukrainians will face a severe economic backlash this winter as a result of Kyiv’s strategic decision to escalate the war by striking Russian logistics hubs like Wildberries. He argues that destroying these commercial targets is analogous to hitting oil refineries, creating immediate shortages and heightened pain for the civilian population.
Clark asserts that Zelensky has deliberately shifted the conflict onto Russian soil to force Moscow into concessions. However, he cautions that this escalation drags Western allies deeper into the conflict and marks the beginning of a more dangerous new phase of the war.

The U.S. diesel crack spread has shattered historical records, surpassing $100 a barrel for the first time in history.
The measure is the premium of U.S. Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD) futures over West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude oil futures, and it has reached an all-time high of $102.20 a barrel, due to acute global supply disruptions.
Before the outbreak of the Iran war, normal historical diesel crack spreads typically averaged between $15 and $25 a barrel.

Ukraine Captures Intact Russian S8000 "Banderol" Cruise Missile
S8000 "Banderol" cruise missile fragments have been recovered by Ukrainian forces, with reports indicating the warhead failed to detonate and was obtained in nearly intact condition.
Ukrainian intelligence previously analyzed the weapon, highlighting its Kometa-M8 jam-resistant antenna, RFD900x telemetry module, foreign servo drives, and turbojet engine. The state of the warhead and internal components after impact is of particular interest.
The GU identifies the missile as carrying an OFBCH-150 fragmentation-fragile warhead weighing approximately 114 kg, containing roughly 49.5 kg of explosive.

🇲🇩 Moldova
President Maia Sandu claims strategic necessity to support Ukrainian grain transit. She warns that if Kiev loses export revenue, its ability to fund defense will collapse, creating "disproportionately harsher" security challenges for Moldova.
The post argues that under pressure, the use of Moldovan infrastructure for dual-use goods and eventually military supplies is inevitable. This requires no formal "Polish-style" corridor, only gradual expansion of transit categories: fuel, vehicles, comms, and engineering assets first, then more sensitive cargo. Political justification is already forming: supporting Ukraine's resistance is framed as a prerequisite for Moldova's own safety.

🇷🇺 Armed Forces of Russia struck the Kievguma factory, forcing it to halt production. The enterprise specialized in manufacturing rubber, latex, PVC, TEP, and silicone products. Additionally, it produced optical fiber for Ukrainian drones and military equipment. Operations at the facility are now suspended following the strike.

- The plant specializes in the production of products made of rubber, latex, PVC, TEP, and silicone. In addition, it manufactured optical fiber for Ukrainian Armed Forces drones, as well as military equipment.
- As a result of the strike, the plant's operations have been halted.

🇺🇦 UKRAINE BUILDS UNDERGROUND ENERGY INFRASTRUCTURE TO DEFEND AGAINST STRIKES
Head of the Zaporozhye Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov, announced that Ukraine has begun constructing underground energy facilities. At two substations in Zaporozhye, key transformers are being encased in concrete shelters to protect against Russian strikes.
Authorities claim over half of the objects are now shielded, with plans to complete protection for all sites before winter to prevent blackouts. This large-scale burial and fortification effort contrasts with Russia, where such practices remain limited to select frontline regions.
Meanwhile, persistent power outages continue across Crimea, Zaporozhye Oblast, and Kherson Oblast. Officials warn that without these protective measures, the energy situation will deteriorate further.

🇬🇧 UK PM Burns Defends Drone Strikes
British Prime Minister Andy Burnham stated London will "100% support Ukraine" against what he calls Putin's illegal war. This follows Russian accusations that British drones were used on Russian territory, with Moscow warning of inevitable consequences for escalation.
Burnham replied: "We are not the kind of friends who are only around in good times." He affirmed this stance remains unchanged from previous administrations.
The Kremlin has blamed the UK for escalating the conflict. Meanwhile, reports suggest US-Russia ties are strengthening under Trump, potentially influencing decisions like denying Kyiv Patriot licenses. Analysts note Trump’s personal closeness to Putin and ongoing contacts between his team and Russian officials as factors in shifting Western policy.

🇷🇺🇺🇦U.S. intelligence warns of the threat of massive strikes on Kiev
- Kiev residents have been hiding in the metro since evening.
- U.S. intelligence has warned of a high probability of massive shelling of Kiev and the surrounding area in the next 48 hours, according to Ukrainian media.
- Also, since evening, the Russian Armed Forces have been scouting targets in western Ukraine for a possible massive attack: a reconnaissance "Shahed" drone with a camera is flying over the region, monitoring resources reported.

US Ex-Defense Official Suggests Pausing Iran Strikes to Aid Ukraine
Former US Assistant Secretary of Defense Evelyn Farkas advises Trump against new strikes on Iran, arguing this would free up Patriot missiles for Zelensky. She notes Kiev wants 5-10% of US stockpiles, calling it a strategic deal to weaken Russia and its ties with Tehran.
Shortages Halt Escalation
The New York Times reports ammo shortages influenced Trump’s decision to avoid a "massive strike." Military commanders warned that current tactics fail regardless of volume. The US must now choose between priorities amid critically low ammunition reserves, opting for blockade and negotiations instead.

Earlier today, a Russian Su-35S operating near Horlivka, Donetsk Oblast, attempted to shoot down a possible Ukrainian MiG-29MU2 Multirole Fighter that was launching glide bombs at Russian positions in Kostyantynivka from west of Kramatorsk. The Su-35S engaged the aircraft with an R-37 or R-77 air-to-air missile.
Later, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that a Russian fighter had shot down a Ukrainian MiG-29. 😁
If Ukraine start using glide bombs, they will need to fly high to get the distance required. This is the SU-35, and more importantly the R-77 (Range: 80km to 190km),
and the R-37 (Range: 150 km to 400 km) bread and butter.
I don't think this will end well for them.
