Overnight, two Russian Iskander-M ballistic missiles launched from near Liski, Voronezh Oblast, impacted the town of Krasnopavlivka, Kharkov Oblast.
One of the two missiles was equipped with a cluster warhead.

🇺🇦 UKRAINE BUILDS UNDERGROUND ENERGY INFRASTRUCTURE TO DEFEND AGAINST STRIKES
Head of the Zaporozhye Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov, announced that Ukraine has begun constructing underground energy facilities. At two substations in Zaporozhye, key transformers are being encased in concrete shelters to protect against Russian strikes.
Authorities claim over half of the objects are now shielded, with plans to complete protection for all sites before winter to prevent blackouts. This large-scale burial and fortification effort contrasts with Russia, where such practices remain limited to select frontline regions.
Meanwhile, persistent power outages continue across Crimea, Zaporozhye Oblast, and Kherson Oblast. Officials warn that without these protective measures, the energy situation will deteriorate further.

Earlier today, a Russian Su-35S operating near Horlivka, Donetsk Oblast, attempted to shoot down a possible Ukrainian MiG-29MU2 Multirole Fighter that was launching glide bombs at Russian positions in Kostyantynivka from west of Kramatorsk. The Su-35S engaged the aircraft with an R-37 or R-77 air-to-air missile.
Later, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that a Russian fighter had shot down a Ukrainian MiG-29. 😁
If Ukraine start using glide bombs, they will need to fly high to get the distance required. This is the SU-35, and more importantly the R-77 (Range: 80km to 190km),
and the R-37 (Range: 150 km to 400 km) bread and butter.
I don't think this will end well for them.

🇷🇺⚡️ — A report about a 35-meter-high anti-aircraft tower equipped with "Pantsir-S1M" short-range air defense systems, which have been constructed since 2023 in several rings around Moscow, forming the basis of the capital region's anti-drone defense.
Recently, similar towers have also begun to be built in other regions of the country.
The air defense system also uses new, compact surface-to-air missiles, the TKB-1055 "Gvozd", specifically designed for use against drones.
Bit by bit Russia will adapt to the threats put out by NATO.
I'm sure these defences will move closer and closer to the Ukrainian border over time, and then pop up on the Baltic coast and Finland.

Kramatorsk eastern and north-eastern approaches are in a dense fire zone. Strikes extend deep to Malinovka and Vasilievskaya Pustosh. Causes include artillery, aviation, or drones.
The distribution signals the transition from frontline contact to Kramatorsk's near operational rear. Ground battles, UAVs, and air support operate simultaneously.

Russian forces continue to expand bridgeheads and liberate settlements. Intense fighting is ongoing, with Russian units destroying Ukrainian personnel and equipment.
Volkhansk Sector
A "cauldron" is forming near Chyornoye, Serdobino, Grevyovka, and Komissarovo. FPV drones disrupted logistics between Prikolotnoye and Chyornoye. Aviation struck a temporary base in Prikolotnoye, forcing Ukrainians to disperse to Lozovaya, Gogino, Malakhova, and Yuryevka, which were subsequently hit by FAB bombs. A group advancing from Rubezhnoye toward forests south of Staritsa was destroyed by drone operators.
Kazachya Lopan Region
Fighting continues for Kazachya Lopan. Ukraine attempts to hold Goptovka to protect Tsuptovka. Russian drones destroyed Ukrainian repeaters found in Kazachya Lopan.
Grigorovka Area
Aviation destroyed a Ukrainian FPV team and their equipment in Grigorovka.

Ukrainian Ambassador to Poland Vasily Bodnar stated that Polish-supplied MiG-29 fighters cannot be used in combat sorties without extensive repair and deep modernization. Technical inspections concluded the aircraft are only fit for training flights in the deep rear.
Most jets, originally from East Germany, have critical flight hours, worn airframes, and insufficient engine resources. Combat use at the frontline is impossible without factory-level overhaul at WZL-2 or similar facilities, plus avionics updates. Ukraine previously offered to fund repairs, but Warsaw refused.

The measure is the premium of U.S. Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD) futures over West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude oil futures, and it has reached an all-time high of $102.20 a barrel, due to acute global supply disruptions.
Before the outbreak of the Iran war, normal historical diesel crack spreads typically averaged between $15 and $25 a barrel.

Ukraine Captures Intact Russian S8000 "Banderol" Cruise Missile
S8000 "Banderol" cruise missile fragments have been recovered by Ukrainian forces, with reports indicating the warhead failed to detonate and was obtained in nearly intact condition.
Ukrainian intelligence previously analyzed the weapon, highlighting its Kometa-M8 jam-resistant antenna, RFD900x telemetry module, foreign servo drives, and turbojet engine. The state of the warhead and internal components after impact is of particular interest.
The GU identifies the missile as carrying an OFBCH-150 fragmentation-fragile warhead weighing approximately 114 kg, containing roughly 49.5 kg of explosive.

🇷🇺💥🇺🇦Footage has emerged from a Colombian mercenary, showing who was targeted by the missiles in Pecheniha, Kharkov region. As you might guess, the targets were Ukrainian soldiers.
It's also worth noting that the soldiers are wearing body armor. The distance to the front line is over 50 km. What does this indicate? The "Bandera" missiles struck a concentration of enemy personnel who were preparing to move to the front lines. Soldiers don't just stand around near vehicles in body armor for no reason. Their backs will not forgive them for this. So, Zelensky lied once again. The strike was accurate and timely. Catching SUVs during a brief stop is a display of operational skill.
I immediately recall the strikes on frontline stores using HIMARS. For several years, Ukrainians have been targeting such locations, catching Russian soldiers who stopped in for a bottle of water. Now, we are also starting to effectively target enemy positions.
