Vucic considers Russia's military defeat unlikely, citing its nuclear status, and cautioned that continued confrontation risks expanding the conflict into a broader war. He added the world is at the beginning of a larger conflict as necessary steps for peace are not being taken.

We have heard statements from the Ukrainian side that what happened was unintentional. However, given the admissions by high-ranking Ukrainian officials that such an incident did indeed occur, they must certainly compensate for the damage caused. If they do not do so, we will, of course, have to take retaliatory measures ourselves.
P.S. Believing in that Ukraine is going to compensate for the damage done is somewhat - naive.

According to Syrian state agency SANA, citing the Syrian Foreign Ministry, Russian bases in Hmeimim and Tartus will be transformed into joint military training centers.
Hmeimim Airport and the fourth commercial berth of Tartus Port will come under Syrian state control and be gradually integrated into civilian infrastructure. Up to three months are allotted for implementation.
The Syrian Foreign Ministry called the agreement the main result of 18 months of negotiations with Moscow, opening a new stage in Russian-Syrian relations.

🇹🇷 Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan stated that further escalation of the conflict in Ukraine could push Russia to use its “last resort” if the “war of attrition” scenario continues to expand. According to Fidan, this topic was raised during negotiations in Moscow, as a corresponding demand is growing within Russian society. Ankara conveyed this concern to Western partners.
The head of Turkish diplomacy emphasized that the conflict has already gone beyond previous limitations in geography, goals, and methods used. Fidan then lamented that the longer the war goes on, the less opportunity intermediaries like Turkey have to play a role in settling the conflict.
He forgot to mention the sale of American weapons to Ukraine through Turkish hands for several hundred million dollars.

🇫🇮 Finland Refuses to Transfer Patriot Missiles to Ukraine
Finland: Defence Minister Antti Häkkinen stated Helsinki will not send Patriot interceptor missiles to Ukraine, as reducing stocks could threaten Finland's own air defence readiness. He noted Finland has already provided significant military aid but, as a country bordering Russia, cannot sacrifice its defensive capability. Häkkinen added that Finland retains "certain capabilities" to supply other types of anti-aircraft missiles. He also urged the Pentagon to cut bureaucracy to speed up missile production.
Other Countries Refusing Aid: Bulgaria has exhausted its military aid capacity, per PM Rumen Radev. Hungary will not send weapons or troops, per PM Péter Magyar. The Netherlands can no longer provide direct military aid, per Defence Minister Kajsa Ollongren.

Travis Knowles arrived in Ukraine in early 2026 after doing some research on YouTube because he felt that this wasn't just a war between Ukraine and Russia. He felt that Russia posed a major threat to all of Europe, and that this was his main reason for enlisting in the Ukrainian army.
Knowles could have stayed home and avoided trouble, but he went and messed with the Russians, and on June 13, 2026, he was destroyed in Kostyantynivka.
He had no military background and worked as a carpenter. He was only 20 years old.

British special forces' K3 Scout reconnaissance drone boats were equipped with Chinese cameras that sent data to China.
The naval drones entered British service in March and were planned for use in operations in the Persian Gulf. They were supplied by the British defense company Kraken Technology Group, which purchased the cameras from a third-party supplier that guaranteed their security.
The K3 Scout was supposed to be part of the British defense package to ensure freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz.
After the leak was discovered, all internet connections of the cameras were disconnected.
The incident heightened London's fears over China's plans to gain access to data on the activities of the British armed forces.

The 746-mile pipeline carrying crude from Saudi Arabia's eastern oil fields to the Red Sea coast has been a key factor in bypassing the Strait of Hormuz, making Yanbu Saudi's primary alternative export route.

The delivery was originally scheduled for 2025 but has been delayed.

Alexander Mustyatse from the village of Krynki, Kherson Oblast, who was previously listed as missing by Ukrainian authorities, joined the Russian Army at age 19, reports The Times.
Russian fighters took control of Krynki shortly before Mustyatse's 15th birthday. His fate remained unknown, and Ukrainian authorities continued to consider him missing.
Photographs found by activists show Mustyatse in Russian military uniform with the Z symbol. The young man himself stated that he does not consider himself a traitor to Ukraine, as Russia has always held an important place in his life.

In an Azerbaijani prison, a Russian hostage has been tortured to the point of memory loss. 23-year-old Russian student Dmitry Fedorov, taken hostage by the criminal-state Azerbaijan, stopped recognizing his loved ones. During a visit with his mother, he could not recall her name and mistook her for his sister. The young man needs to be rescued immediately, human rights activists report.
Fedorov was taken hostage by Azerbaijan in 2025 along with seven other Russian citizens. A year ago, he underwent emergency surgery in an Azerbaijani prison hospital, where he was denied necessary medical care despite his severe post-operative condition.
It is worth recalling that, according to our officials, they have good relations with the criminal-state Azerbaijan.
