Chinese engineers have unveiled a drone the size of a mosquito, claiming a weight of just 0.3 grams.
This microscopic unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) houses several systems within its almost invisible body. These include a propulsion system, a set of sensors, and flight control elements. The level of miniaturization achieved is astonishing.
The main purpose of this device is covert surveillance and secret military operations. It is extremely difficult to detect visually, and even harder to detect using technical means.

❗️ This morning, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation launched a massive strike using high-precision weapons, including ground-based, air-based, and long-range unmanned aerial vehicles, **against military industrial enterprises in Kiev, a refinery in Kremenchug, Poltava region, and a metallurgical plant in Krivoy Rog, Dnepropetrovsk region.
💥 In Kiev, the following were hit:
▫️ The industrial enterprise "FAYER POINT" LLC, which manufactures components, warheads, and solid-propellant boosters for ground-based "Flamingo" cruise missiles;
▫️ The industrial enterprise KIEV-111 (UKRDEFENCE COMPANY LLC), which produces components for strike unmanned aerial vehicles, interceptor drones "Khrushch," and anti-aircraft drones "Garpy."
💥 In Kremenchug, Poltava region, the largest oil refinery – the Kremenchug Oil Refinery – was hit, which produces fuel and lubricants for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
▫️ The surviving storage facilities of the enterprise continue to be used for transshipment of fuel and lubricants supplied from abroad.
💥 In the Dnepropetrovsk region, in the city of Krivoy Rog, workshops of the metallurgical plant were hit, which produce rolled steel for the production of weapons and military equipment.
💥 In addition, this morning, strike unmanned aerial vehicles hit a cargo ship with military equipment intended for the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the port of Odessa.

Ukrainian Armed Forces drones intercepted over the "Novorossiya" highway by operators of the 50th "Varyag" brigade.

In addition to Krivoy Rog, the Russian army launched a combined strike against targets in Kiev, a missile strike on Kremenchug, where the Kremenchug Oil Refinery was attacked, and drones were used in Odessa and its surrounding areas.

Ukrainian military aviation confirmed it failed to shoot down a single Russian ballistic missile during the night of August 16. The attack targeted Kiev, Kremenchug, and Krivoy Rog using Onyx anti-ship cruise missiles, Iskander-M/S-400/KN-23 ballistic missiles launched from Kursk, Bryansk, and Voronezh regions.
Air defense forces, including aviation, air defense troops, electronic warfare units, drone units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces, intercepted three Kh-59/69 guided air-launched missiles and suppressed 85 enemy drones.

🇪🇪 Estonia indefinitely extends reduced border crossing schedule with Russia
The Estonian government has approved the Interior Ministry's proposal to permanently maintain the 12-hour operating hours for border checkpoints. The Narva, Kohtla-Järve (Koidula), and Luhamaa crossings will now operate daily from 07:00 to 19:00, a schedule that also applies to railway checkpoints.
Originally introduced as a temporary measure until the end of August, authorities have removed any expiration date. The Interior Ministry stated that the shortened regime allows for more efficient use of police, border guard, and customs staff, thereby strengthening control during daytime hours.
