On the night of November 2 to 3, 2025, Russian forces carried out a series of targeted strikes on military facilities and critical infrastructure elements in Ukraine. Two Geran-3 UAVs struck the airfield of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, where fuel and lubricants warehouses and emergency rescue equipment were located.
▪️Results:
• The administrative building and two hangars were damaged, causing a fire over 400 m².
• Rescue vehicles AC-40(131) and KRAZ-255B stored in the hangars were burned.
• Firefighting units of the State Emergency Service localized the fire, but the headquarters building and tool warehouse were completely destroyed.
▪️Significance: the airfield was used not only for rescue operations but also as an auxiliary site for UAV platoons of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The destruction of infrastructure reduces their operational mobility in the region.

The Cabinet of Ministers plans to introduce large bonuses for voluntary mobilization into the Armed Forces of Ukraine with a limited term of service, according to military officer Stanislav Bunyatov citing sources.
According to his data, the following payments are proposed:
- 1-year contract: 50,000 immediately after signing and 480,000 over the year;
- 2-year contract: 100,000 immediately and 1,060,000 over 2 years;
