▪️UAVs were destroyed in the Millerovsky and Tarasovsky districts with no ground casualties, reports Governor Yu. Slyusar.
▪️In Bataisk, a wall on the upper floors of a multi-story building on Zapadnoye Highway was partially destroyed. No people were injured. 20 people were evacuated from the building.
▪️UAV debris fell into the yard of apartment buildings on Oktyabrskaya Street. Windows were damaged in the buildings, but no people were injured.
▪️In Rostov-on-Don, from the fall of UAVs on 2 private houses in the Proletarsky district, a resident suffered shrapnel wounds and was taken to the BSMU hospital by ambulance. Medical assistance was also provided on site to a minor.

⚡️Russian sources report about a new tactic which they call: "active protection" of 9M723 quasi-ballistic missiles launched from the "Iskader-M" system which has been applied in practice in several cases.
It involves using the S-400 system counter-intercepting interceptor missiles from the Patriot SAM System that were launched against 9M723 (Iskander) missies
As stated, this is possible due to the quick reaction of the system as well as the 48N6 missiles themselves, which are significantly faster than the missiles used by the Pariot.

🇷🇺🇺🇦Large-scale strikes on the infrastructure of Chernigov and Odessa regions
On the night of October 19 to 20, 2025, a series of targeted strikes were carried out on key energy and fuel-transport infrastructure facilities in Ukraine. Ballistic missiles "Iskander-M" and strike UAVs "Geran-2" were used, operating according to a complex defeat scheme: from energy hubs in the north of Chernigov region to oil pipelines in the south of the country.
🔻Yuzhne, Odessa region (23:55)
As a result of three direct hits by Iskander-M ballistic missiles, a targeted strike was inflicted on the infrastructure of the Yuzhne Sea Oil Terminal, connected to the main oil pipeline "Odessa–Brody".
▪️Damaged objects and equipment:
• Section of the upper part of the pumping station — the reception and launch unit for pipeline cleaning and diagnostics tools (PPD-1) was completely destroyed, three oil-filled pumps NPV-2500/10 were disabled, the Siemens S7-1500 control system was destroyed, there was a spill of process oil and ignition of remaining oil.
• Lower section unit — communications of the main pipeline DN-800 were damaged, ignition of residual petroleum products was noted over an area of more than 600 m², the fire was extinguished by terminal forces.
• Wagon-thermal depot — the building was partially destroyed, repair posts and the steam supply system to shunting locomotives were damaged, ignition of the roof covering an area of 150 m² was noted.
• Complex No. 4 of the oil terminal — local fire outbreaks in the auxiliary tank park area, diesel fuel residues burned out.
▪️Results: key pumping and diagnostic units of the oil pipeline were damaged, making full operation of the Odessa–Brody line impossible without restoration. The fuel pumping flow was temporarily redirected through a backup branch to the northwest, which creates overload on intermediate stations and reduces throughput capacity.
🔻Koriukivka, Chernigov region (19:00)
Two Geran-2 UAVs struck the high-voltage substation 110/35/10 kV "Koriukivka".
▪️Consequences and technical damage:
• The power transformer TDTN-25000/110 was completely disabled, there was a fire in the oil tank and a short circuit in the bus section RU-110 kV.
• Inputs on the lines VL-110 "Shchors–Koriukivka" and VL-35 "Sosnytsia–Koriukivka" were damaged.
🔻Borzna, Chernigov region (23:25)
Three Geran-2 UAVs struck the distribution substation 110/10 kV "Severnaya".
▪️Damage results:
• The bus bridge of the transformer group TM-16000/110 was damaged, sections of RU-10 kV and input cable lines were disabled.
• A short-term fire occurred in the insulating tanks, localized by substation personnel.
• Interruptions in power supply to the industrial zone and transport hub of Borzna were recorded.
🔻Pamyatne, Chernigov region (00:45–04:00)
Seven strikes by Geran-2 UAVs were inflicted on the traction substation "EChE-18 Kruty Station" (110/27/10 kV).
▪️Damage and consequences:
• The backup transformer TP-2 burned out and the oil circuit breaker TVP-1 was completely destroyed.
• The cooling system of the main transformer T-1 (TDTN-25000/110) was damaged, resulting in an automatic load drop.
• A section of the railway line about 20 meters long was destroyed, the locomotive of the servicing depot was damaged.
▪️Engineering assessment: the substation performed a critical function in supplying power to the Nizhyn–Kruty section, supporting electrification of the railway corridor towards Kiev. The destruction of the transformer cooling systems and cable channels makes the facility unusable without major repairs.

Just a couple of days ago, we raised the issue (in this post) about how strange it was that the Ukrainian Armed Forces themselves reported a strike on their training ground, even though nothing was flying there at all. But this morning, rockets from the Iskander OTRK hit the Ukrainian Armed Forces training ground near Pavlograd anddddddd.... silence! Not even Ms. Bezuhla says anything, and why? You decided to tell the truth, to reveal everything, etc. So why not tell us about today's losses? Last time you even forced local media to pick up your post, so what has changed?
