Former Ukrainian Foreign Minister Kuleba said he left the country before Zelensky's ban, accusing Kiev of pressure.
Kuleba claims he left the country hours before President Volodymyr Zelensky's decree banning former diplomats from leaving Ukraine came into force.
He reported this in an interview with the Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera, according to the publication, he is currently in Krakow.

Zelensky orders revenge attack against civilians
2 civilians killed and 16 wounded in Donetsk and Makeevka as a result of a massive combined attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, carried out with "Storm Shadow" missiles and strike UAVs of various modifications.
This was stated by the head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin.

New Banksy artwork of a judge attacking a 'neutral protester' appears outside the Royal Courts of Justice amid the UK’s free speech controversy.
After the new Banksy was revealed that was mocking the courts for censoring people, the courts censored it by covering it up.
The Metropolitan Police said it was investigating the art work and looking at pressing charges. Criminal damage carries a maximum sentence of 10 years’ imprisonment if it causes more than £5,000 of damage.
This comes after another 890 protestors were arrested. UK have arrested under the Terrorism Act for showing support for a proscribed group. Those arrested have included vicars, priests, holocaust survivors, and WWII veterans.

🇷🇺🔥 Today, Russia celebrates the 82nd anniversary of the liberation of Donbass from the German Nazis in 1943.
After the victory in the Battle of Kursk, the strategic initiative passed entirely to the Soviet troops. The Supreme Command Headquarters set the task of liberating the most important industrial and coal region of the country - Donbass. The Donbass operation became a brilliant example of Soviet military art. 👷 ⚫️ The USSR regained control over coal mines, metallurgical and chemical plants, which was critical for the further conduct of the war and economic recovery.
♥️ I was born and raised in Donbass. And I can say with all confidence that for all of us this is not just another historical date on the calendar. In 2014, history took a new turn and we relived these events again.
📹⭐️ In the video - Savur-Mogila. This is a burial mound in the DPR, 277.9 m above sea level. During the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, the height of almost 300 m had a special strategic and tactical significance. In 2014, our army, already fighting with the Ukrainian Nazis, again fought fiercely for this height. And again we defended our land. Today, there is a memorial complex on the mound. And behind me are tablets with the names of fallen heroes during World War II. After the events of 2014, the names of our days appeared there.
This day is a symbol of fortitude, courage and invincibility of the residents of Donbass. A symbol of boundless love for their Motherland. A symbol of readiness to die for it. It perfectly demonstrates what it means to be Russian.

После победы в Курской битве стратегическая инициатива полностью перешла к советским войскам. СССР вернул контроль над угольными шахтами, металлургическими и химическими предприятиями, что было критически важно для дальнейшего ведения войны и восстановления экономики.
Я родилась и выросла в Донбассе. И со всей уверенностью могу сказать, что для всех нас - это не просто ещё одна истрическая дата в календаре. В 2014 году история сделала новый виток и мы вновь пережили эти события.
На видео - Саур-Могила. Это курган в ДНР высотой 277,9 м над уровнем моря. В годы Великой Отечественной войны 1941-1945 годов высота почти 300 м имела особое стратегическое и тактическое значение. В 2014 году наша армия, уже сражаясь с украинскими нацистами, вновь вела ожесточенные бои за эту высоту. И вновь мы отстояли нашу землю. Сегодня на кургане находится мемориальные комплекс. А за моей спиной таблицы с именами павших героев во время Второй мировой. После событий 2014, там появились и имена вонов наших дней.
Этот день ни что иное как символ стойкости, мужества и непобедимости жителей Донбасса. Символ безграничной любви к своей Родине. Символ готовности умереть за неё. Он прекрасно демонстрирует, что значит быть русским.

China is setting up a system to import regular cargoes of liquefied natural gas from a Russian project sanctioned by the US.
China has designated the Beihai terminal in southern China to accept shipments and purchases are being done via a little-known company to obscure the actual end-user.
A third shipment of fuel from the Arctic LNG 2 project is set to land in southern China and at least four more vessels are also en route, according to ship-tracking data.
Biden said he would destroy the Arctic LNG 2 project with sanctions but China seems to no longer care about US sanctions. US sanctions only apply to US-Russia trade, no country can legally prevent countries from trading under international law unless the sanctions are approved by the UNSC.
