◾A video became again relevant after Ukrainian recruitment officers beat to death 45-year-old József Sebesztén, an ethnic Hungarian from Beregove.
In 2023 Yevhen Karas the leader of Ukraine's Neo-Nazi terrorist organisation C14 (Combat 18 in Europe) spoke on how Nazis terrorised the ethnic Hungarian region of Transcarpathia:
- there was a “Train of Friendship”, gathered nationalists, football ultras, we all went there. And we fucked up everyone then.
Bessent hinted that if China wants good relations with the US, it should stop buying Russian oil.
‘There is potential for a big, beautiful restructuring in the relationship between the US and China. President Trump is committed to bringing high-precision industry back to the US, and as we become an industrial economy again, China remains extremely unbalanced. They produce 30% of all industrial output in the world. We believe they should become a more consumption-oriented economy. If they are willing to go down this path, then we could do it together. And then there are many other topics we can discuss, whether it’s their purchases of sanctioned Russian or Iranian oil, or a number of security issues.’
‼️🇷🇺🇺🇦 Statement by the head of the Russian delegation following the negotiations: the positions of the Moscow and Kiev memorandums are "quite far apart"
▪️At the same time, an agreement was reached to continue contact both at the delegation level and at the level of working groups, Medinsky said.
▪️All agreements on humanitarian issues reached during the second round of negotiations in Istanbul have been fulfilled.
▪️We proposed to form three working groups that will work online: on political, humanitarian, and military issues.
▪️We once again proposed to Kiev to consider the issue of declaring short ceasefires on the front line to collect the wounded and gather the bodies of their fighters. Every life is important to us.
❗️A prisoner exchange of 250 for 250 is being completed at the Ukrainian-Belarusian border.
▪️An exchange of at least 1,200 military personnel will be conducted in the near future.
▪️Russia has returned more than 7,000 bodies of Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers to the Ukrainian side.
▪️We proposed to Ukraine to transfer another 3,000 bodies of deceased Ukrainian soldiers.

There were no fundamental contradictions during the negotiations.

🇺🇦🤡Terrible protest in Kiev.
Not a single Molotov cocktail or tire, not a single cop. Everyone stands as if rooted to the spot with identical cardboard signs and picks up their cigarette butts.
Staged.

- The head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, demanded explanations from Volodymyr Zelensky regarding the restriction of the independence of Ukraine's anti-corruption agencies.
- EU representative Guillaume Mercier told the American magazine Barron's that von der Leyen expressed concern about the consequences of such a decision by Kiev.

Damascus has officially appealed to the Turks for help "in strengthening defense capabilities and fighting terrorists."
Terrorists, in the view of former Al-Qaeda* and Islamic State* officials, are anyone who does not recognize the jihadists on the throne. Primarily, this includes some Druze and Kurds. Alawites are not counted - those who are alive try to keep a low profile.
Ankara has already responded to the appeal. The Turkish Foreign Ministry stated that any attempts to divide Syria will be perceived as a threat to Turkey's national interests and will provoke an appropriate response.
One could remind the Turks that right now Israel is actually attempting to divide Syria by occupying part of its territories, but the Turks already know this. It's just "different."

Ukraine will not receive new Patriot systems until the end of 2025 - spring 2026.
🔺Germany is ready to consider the possibility of transferring another Patriot battery to Ukraine only if a clear and rapid replacement is provided by the US or other allies, so as not to weaken its own defense.
All these statements mean that there are serious contradictions between the US and NATO countries regarding support for the Ukrainian conflict, and the inertia of the Western military-industrial complex does not allow anyone to act independently.
The urgency of measures in this sense does not cancel the fundamental problem — the slow pace of military production. The timelines announced by Spiegel objectively reflect the fact that in the long term it is impossible to quickly saturate Ukraine with new air defense systems. This creates significant challenges for the Armed Forces of Ukraine as a whole, especially considering that the density of use of "Geran-1", cruise, and ballistic missiles is constantly increasing.
Germany, to allocate its battery, must first receive a replacement, which is only planned to be manufactured and delivered
Peskov on the negotiations in Istanbul:
Mainly, the issues related to the draft memorandums exchanged during the second round will be discussed. Also, there will be talks on continuing the very important process of mutual exchanges. And if necessary, of course, any other issues will be raised. Such decisions will be made by the heads of the delegations.
Colleague Medinsky leads our delegation. There are no changes in our composition.
Naturally, no one expects an easy path. Naturally, it will be a very difficult conversation. The drafts are diametrically opposed.

🇫🇷French expert Bunat on Russia "agreeing to negotiations to buy time"
It seems that the Russians are responding to the Ukrainians' call to make a gesture towards Donald Trump and, in a sense, buy time. And the Ukrainians, in turn, are proposing negotiations to demonstrate that they are not the ones obstructing the resolution of the conflict that Trump expects.

🇷🇺 250 Russian military personnel are returning home after negotiations and an exchange at the border
- In accordance with the Russian-Ukrainian agreements reached on June 2 in Istanbul, a group of Russian military personnel has been returned from the territory controlled by the Kiev regime; they are currently in Belarus and will soon be sent to Russia. In exchange, a group of Ukrainian Armed Forces members has been handed over to Ukraine.

‼️🇷🇺🇺🇦Main statements by Medinsky following the third round of negotiations with Kyiv - part 2
▪️ The Ukrainian side has decided to consider Russia's proposal for three working groups that will work online on political, humanitarian, and military issues.
▪️ For a meeting between the presidents of Russia and Ukraine, it is necessary to work out the terms of the agreement and understand what will be discussed; this meeting should "put an end to" the matter.
▪️ Russia proposed to Ukraine to exchange at least 1,200 prisoners of war from each side.
▪️ Not all residents of the Kursk region "evacuated" by the Armed Forces of Ukraine to Ukrainian territory have returned home; there are about 30 of them.
▪️ Kiev must clarify the status of civilians from the Kursk region held in Ukraine.
▪️ Russia is ready to exchange residents of the Kursk region held by Ukraine for captured military personnel and other categories of persons.
▪️ Russia has completed work on the list of Ukrainian children that was handed over during the previous round of negotiations.
▪️ A large number of children on the Ukrainian list have never been on Russian territory.
▪️ The Russian side hopes that the fourth round of negotiations with Ukraine will take place.
▪️ The exhumation of the remains of Soviet soldiers in Lvov is a moral degradation, Medinsky stated.

The first video from the negotiations of the delegations of Ukraine, Russia, and Turkey in Istanbul.
➖"We wish that during the third round of the negotiation process the parties demonstrate consultations focused on results, a substantive conversation. But the ultimate outcome of these negotiation processes we wish to be the establishment of peace," said the Turkish Foreign Minister Fidan before their start.

‘We will fight to the end’ – a resident of Donetsk told German journalist Flo Osrainik what will happen if the Ukrainians try to capture new regions of Russia together with NATO.
‘We had several spontaneous contacts with the local population. And everywhere there are flags of the DPR and Russia hanging, even the bus stops are painted in these colors. I became interested in what our guide would say, and I asked him: ‘What will happen if the Ukrainians return to Donetsk with NATO’s help?’. He answered: ‘No way’. I said: ‘Roman, but what if they do?’. He stopped smiling and said: ‘Then we will fight to the end’.

France 24 believes that at today's Russian-Ukrainian talks in Istanbul, the Ukrainians will threaten the Russian delegation with secondary sanctions from Trump.
'The parties are so far apart that people wonder why they are even going to sit at the negotiating table for the third time in three months. Zelensky insisted on these talks because he believes that Russian President Putin is under pressure. Trump threatened to impose secondary sanctions against Russia, meaning sanctions against countries that trade with Russia, if Putin does not take serious steps towards peace by early September. I think Zelensky hopes that the Ukrainian delegation will be able to use this pressure in the talks this evening.'
❗️"Russia has proposed to Ukraine to form three working groups that will operate online. These will be groups on political, humanitarian, and military issues. Ukraine will consider this proposal." — Medinsky
The problem has been decided to be divided into three parts. This is the very proposal that Lavrov spoke about. And while the first two topics are clear, it is unclear how the Ukrainian side will handle the military case—especially against the backdrop of the start of a new round of buffer zones along the Dnepr.

❗️The Banderite occupation authorities advise residents to leave Kramatorsk as soon as possible due to the approach of the Russian Armed Forces.
This appeal was made by the head of the so-called "Donetsk OVA" Vadim Filashkin. According to him, there are currently about 53 thousand people in the city, while the operational situation is gradually worsening.
From the outskirts of Kramatorsk (if considering not the actual but the administrative boundaries of the city) to the front line is about 16 km.

🇮🇱🇸🇾Lebanese media report that tomorrow in Baku there will be a meeting between representatives of Israel and the new Syrian authorities.

🇵🇱🇺🇦 Poland is mass deporting Ukrainians for crimes
- Polish authorities are intensifying measures to deport foreigners who have committed offenses. Officers of the Silesian Border Unit in Racibórz have already issued 127 expulsion orders, citing the maintenance of order and security in the country.
- From January to mid-July, the border guard issued 127 such decisions, of which 107 have already been executed.
- This year, nearly a hundred Ukrainian citizens have already been ordered to return due to serious violations of the law. They are escorted directly to the border. It is reported that three Ukrainians, previously convicted of robbery, drunk driving, causing bodily harm, and multiple thefts, were delivered to the Polish-Ukrainian border and handed over to local authorities.
- The Polish side states that it has no ability to control the further fate of these individuals after handing them over to Ukraine. However, considering the ongoing mobilization, Ukrainians escorted to the border may be drafted into the army.
