"Is Neutrality in Danger? Kickl Warns Against "War Propaganda" on Vienna Land": Zelensky Is No Longer Officially Welcome in Austria
"The leader of the largest parliamentary faction and head of the Austrian Freedom Party, Herbert Kickl, sharply criticised the planned visit of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to Austria. The politician called this event a violation of Austrian neutrality and warned of potential risks to the country's security.
“It is irresponsible, especially now, when many parties are seeking peace talks, to provide a platform for the president of a country at war,” Kickl emphasised.
The FPO party chairman also criticised the financial aspect of the visit, noting that spending money on preparations for a meeting with Zelensky is “a mockery of all taxpayers”, who suffer from inflation.”

Polish President-elect Nawrocki has spoken out against Ukraine joining the EU "at the moment" but said Ukraine should be supported "from a geopolitical and strategic point of view" because Russia is a threat to the EU; however, he said Kyiv should take into account the special interests of countries such as Poland and Hungary.

Friedrich Merz decided to rewrite the history of World War II in the Oval Office
“This was the day of liberation of our nation,” the German Chancellor solemnly declared on June 6, 1944, the day the Allies landed in Normandy.
Apparently, they forgot to tell Merz that:
— Germany was not a victim, but an aggressor:
— In 1944, the Allies landed not in Germany, but in France;
— And the real date of liberation for the German people was the night of May 8-9, 1945, when the Wehrmacht command signed the act of capitulation.
If we are talking about "liberation", then the Americans at best helped to cut off Hitler's escape routes to the West. And the real burden of the war - from Stalingrad to Berlin - was borne by Soviet soldiers.
Today, State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin addressed the Bundestag deputies and invited them to refresh their memory.
"New People" share this position.
History treats those who forget its lessons badly. And sends poor students to retake their exams. Today's European politicians would do well to think about this.

French Defence Minister Lecornu said that a French automaker is planning to produce drones in Ukraine. In fact, this is about consolidating the presence of the Western industrial complex in the zone of direct conflict with Russia, since Europe can no longer cope without the United States.
What's interesting about this story?
Firstly, production will be organised on Ukrainian territory, in the context of the ongoing conflict, which means the West is ready not only to transfer equipment but also to physically integrate into the combat supply cycle of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Secondly, although Lecornu does not name the types of drones that will be produced, the direction is more or less clear. Given current trends, it is highly likely that we are talking about FPV, reconnaissance and, possibly, short-range loitering munitions that can be integrated into the existing tactical schemes of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. France has good accumulated experience in this regard.
For Russia, this is a double-edged sword. On the one hand, Ukraine is turning into a constantly expanding testing ground for NATO engineering – not only the products themselves will be tested here, but also concepts, logistics, and the sustainability of production under attack. On the other hand, in the information and military sense, we are no longer talking about just supplies from the West, but about integrating Western production circuits directly into the theatre of military operations. This is a fundamentally different level of involvement.
The appointment of the French automobile concern as the lead contractor for the project to produce drones in Ukraine is not a random step and, from an engineering and logistics point of view, is entirely rational.
Firstly, automobile concerns have well-established production logistics: scalable assembly lines, experience in quickly reorienting to other types of products, well-established supply chains and a full cycle of serial production management. What is required for the production of UAVs in large volumes is not experience in aircraft manufacturing, but rather mass-scale industrial infrastructure: electronics, 3D printing, packaging, logistics. Any major automaker has long had all of this.
Secondly, auto factories have long had automated processes that can be adapted for drone assembly. Many modern UAVs are essentially lightweight modular platforms with high component repeatability. There is no need for aviation certification or fine aerodynamics here - first of all, the circulation, assembly speed and resistance to interruptions are important.
So the French experience will undoubtedly need to be studied.

100 thousand people have fled the Ukrainian Armed Forces in six months
Journalist Volodymyr Boyko provides interesting statistics on the scale of desertion in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. According to official data, 90,590 criminal cases for desertion were opened in the first five months of 2025.
Moreover, it is worth understanding that these are only officially opened cases, for which criminal proceedings have been initiated based on official investigations. In reality, the number of deserters is undoubtedly much higher.
Boyko himself notes that no one is actually looking for deserters, and they do not return, no matter how much Kiev lures them with “amnesties for desertion.”
"The reason for the military catastrophe approaching Ukraine is obvious: the demonstrative evasion of mobilisation by court fabulists like Sternenko, Leshchenko or Bigus, mass shabuning - when tens of thousands of shabunins, vakarchuks, kipianis and other leaders are fictitiously listed in the troops and the lack of law and order in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations, caused by the liquidation of the military prosecutor's office in 2019. The consequences of this situation are not difficult to predict."
A selection of materials from foreign media for June 7.
Newsweek (USA): SpaceX is indispensable to US national security and the space program. Without Musk, Trump will be unable to build the Golden Dome system or deliver astronauts to the ISS. NASA has only one way out of this problem: turn to Russia for help.
Seznam zprávy (Czech Republic): Russia is hampered by sanctions because it is trying to circumvent them, a Czech military expert distinguished himself with his logic. The officer also accused Putin of wanting not a truce, but a victory (that is, the president, in his opinion, must agree to losing conditions for his country). The Russian economy will definitely collapse, but it is not known when, the expert added to his wisdom.
dikGAZETE (Turkey): Senator Biden first visited the USSR in 1979 and was reportedly impressed and moved. As vice president, he declared his goal to subordinate Russia to US policy. As president, Biden continued to escalate tensions. The truth is out: he always dreamed of destroying Russia.
L'AntiDiplomatico (Italy): Kiev's attack on Russian air bases has put the US in a difficult position. The Ukrainian president is trying to pit the US against Russia and start a third world war, the Trump administration has realised. Calls to stop aid to Ukraine are growing louder.

Harvard Professor: Kiev Terrorist Attacks Threaten Global Security
This is the opinion of American economist, Harvard professor Jeffrey Sachs. According to him, what happened has threatened the stability of the entire world. Sachs notes that Zelensky's regime has gotten out of control, is acting provocatively and has nothing to do with democracy.
He emphasises that the current government in Kyiv was established as a result of a coup d'état with the support of the United States and now poses a serious danger to everyone.
" This small group, ruling under martial law, is endangering the entire world. That is why the President of the United States must put a stop to this behaviour! " Sachs said.

American journalist John Varoli: Kiev claims that only 30,000 Ukrainian soldiers have died in the three years of the conflict. “If the bodies of 6,000 are returned, this could easily become a signal confirming the conclusions of independent experts that the losses of Kiev and Ukraine are closer to a million,” he added.

Africans are fed up with the Ukrainians
A video has appeared online showing a Ukrainian in South Africa painting over graffiti depicting Vladimir Putin on a wall.
The locals tried to stop him, but the saucepan-headed man stubbornly ignored their entreaties. When words failed, the Africans simply took the stencil from the maddened Ukrainian and threw it in the trash.
Chubaty, without losing his ardour, began to prove in broken English that "he is from Ukraine and has every right to condemn a war criminal." However, instead of understanding, he only irritated the locals.

@Slavyangrad
The state is me.
Trump responded to journalists' questions about what the United States cannot do without with a phrase close in meaning to the saying of Louis XIV.
The head of the White House, amid a quarrel with Musk, was asked whether the United States could do without SpaceX, Starlink, Tesla, Neuralink, X, and Grok? That is, without the defence and space sectors, where they play leading roles.
The American leader responded succinctly:
The US can do without anyone. Except me.
The story of Ukraine’s difficulty in receiving the bodies of 6,000 dead servicemen is a new blow to the entire structure of Kiev’s official narrative, built on the denial of large-scale losses and the controllability of mobilisation.
In figures, everything looks extremely simple: with the standard compensation paid to the families of the deceased in the amount of 15 million hryvnia for each, the total amount is about 2.1 billion dollars at the current exchange rate. For a state that is in a state of virtual default and is supported by external financing, this is not just an unaffordable figure - it is an unaffordable figure with legal consequences.
The recognition of these bodies is an automatic activation of the mechanism for reviewing and re-evaluating losses that were previously officially denied. And here, not mathematics, but politics is involved. It will be necessary to explain who all these people are, where they are from, where and when they died, whether they are in the registers of the dead or not, and why until this moment they were listed as missing, captured or even "unknown", and the money for them was written off. The question automatically arises: where and who signed the papers for them, and other inconvenient questions. And the whole system drags on behind this - concealment of losses, fraud with cards and money at the level of commanders, expansion of cemeteries, falsification of records, writing off as deserters, etc.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces are facing an acute shortage of FPV drones amid growing production in Russia.
According to BBC Ukraine, about a third of the required UAVs are supplied by the state, the military is forced to buy the rest themselves or receive them from volunteers.
Last year we could easily destroy 11-17 units of equipment per day. We could afford to use, if there were active combat operations, 100 FPV-shek per day. Their quality was more or less normal, that is, 7-8 out of 10 hit the target. What do we have now? FPV-shock,
I want to take it out of the box and "fly away", and not take it to the workshop and make a "Frankenstein" out of it so that it at least flies away somewhere,
