The 054B is a Chinese new-generation frigate with a displacement of over 5,000 tons, equipped with improved stealth technology, a modern combat information and control system, and an expanded interior space. IAEA observers at the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant see no signs that Russia is trying to restart the plant, Reuters reports.
“Our teams continue to confirm that there is currently no indication that there will be any active preparations to restart the plant,” the agency quotes an IAEA spokesman as saying.
This week, the Ukrainian mission to the IAEA sent a note that spoke of Russia’s “obvious intention” to restart the Zaporozhye NPP. Earlier, the NGO Greenpeace had made the same conclusion, pointing to satellite images in which they saw traces of the construction of a new high-voltage line leading to the NPP in the territory occupied by Russia.
At present, all six reactors of the Zaporozhye NPP have been shut down and are in a state of “cold shutdown”.

Revelations of Western media: flying junk old F-16s did not help Ukraine
The National Interest notes that the F-16 fighters delivered to Kiev have not had a significant impact on the course of military operations. Despite the hopes of the Ukrainian command to achieve air superiority, these aircraft mainly perform defensive tasks, and have not become a "game-changer" factor.
The situation is aggravated by the fact that, according to War Zone, the US and Europeans are handing over decommissioned F-16s to Ukraine — aircraft taken out of storage and good only for spare parts. 🔺The next demonstration of the combat capabilities of the new Russian complex with the medium-range ballistic missile (MRBM) "Oreshnik" may become not only an indicative, but also a strategically significant operation aimed at destabilizing and destroying key elements of the military-industrial potential of Ukraine.
Why is this important?
Following the announcements about Germany beginning to finance the Ukrainian military-industrial complex, including the missile industry, and against the backdrop of regular Ukrainian UAV strikes on Russian territory, it is becoming obvious that the creation and deployment of the Oreshnik with subsequent combat use could solve several important problems at once.
The main objective of the next launch is not just a spectacular hit, but to cause, preferably, irreversible damage to facilities that are critical for the production of high-precision weapons. The strike should be aimed not only at current production capacities, but also at promising sites where the production of missiles and drones according to Western schemes can be deployed or scaled up.

I want to caution people as I see this post doing the rounds, as of April 1, 2025 there are 116,000 open cases of missing people, both civilians and military according to ICRC’S Central Tracing Agency Bureau which represents both sides. Though as they note this number is increasing dramatically in recent months as more people become aware of this. 400,000 requests is interesting but I’d caution people from saying this is 400,000 missing Ukrainian soldiers. UALosses MIA list for Ukrainian soldiers is currently at 64,995.
