With crypto its hard to anticipate to be honest, there's always highs and lows. There's always a risk, that as soon as you sell it could go high and you could regret it. Or you could sell, and it could dip further and you're at an advantage. The uncertainty with crypto makes it high risk. Unfortunately that's the best advice you're probably going to get.
You could look at factors like coin popularity, current interest in the coin, coin developments, realistic maximum value that the coin can reach, previous trends etc. Which might indicate, an increase/decrease but there's no guarantees
