Cloudflare Pages do not support dynamic runtime like Python.
It is for serving static content - like GH Pages

Cloudflare Workers support python workloads, but again, not used for proper web app but as a part of infrastructure (serverless functions, on-demand APIs, etc...)

It's hard to get a job with just courses & certifications. You should build something with your skills, maybe 2-3 full stack project/web dev projects and add them in your resume. Get referrals and keep applying, maybe do free lancing till you get employed.
