dude, you can ping 1.1.1.1 from the pfsense and you have access to the webgui.

The pfsense can access internet (ping works) so check dns settings for pfsense AND check dns settings in dhcp server settings for the LAN.

What dns server is you laptop using?

Well, that seems like a bit complicated network. Do you have VLANs?

The laptop might not get a valid IP if the router doesn't have a dhcp server. What IP does the laptop get from the router?

Does the ISP use pppoe?

Can the pfsense host local Shell (option 7) ping 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8?

Do you have routing rules for that ovpns1?

The thing is I have reboot and do some back up store ..the amazing thing I took Ethernet cable from router direct and plug to my laptop there is no internet when I when I replug the co switch has internet to support the Erp outside the organization so what might be the problem

pfsense firewall was stuck in boot relay so i did how i know and booted it into single user keyed in this command 3 times /sbin/fsck -y -t ufs / and it seemed to be back to normal as in the image below but still i wasnt getting no internet connection and couldnt reach the LAN what would be the issue

The load average is that a nominal or typical figure. I guess this a rack unit too???. I'd look at a failing fan that is if the load average is typically as shown.
