I’m reaching out to request urgent assistance regarding a PAXGUSD short trade that I took, which was liquidated due to a system malfunction resulting in a loss of $147.76 USDT.
I reported this issue to Aster over 3 days ago, and despite the clear evidence I provided (including screenshots and trade details), I’ve only been offered $100 as compensation, which does not fully cover my actual loss and does not fairly reflect the severity of the error.
This liquidation occurred well below my set liquidation price, and PancakeSwap support has confirmed there was a bug that may have impacted perpetual trades. I’ve done everything on my part to cooperate and provide documentation, but I’m not getting a fair resolution.
I’m now asking for someone to please reach out directly to Aster on my behalf or help escalate this matter further so that I can be fully reimbursed the amount I lost.
