Neuralink team emphasizes the fact they're building a truly *generalized* device.
This brain-machine interface will send information out of the brain and receive information into the brain.
Almost any brain region could have a Neuralink connected.
In the longer term, we could have a full skull cap replacement that interfaces with many brain regions simultaneously!
