The State Department’s guidelines for extensive social media vetting of all applicants for international student visas and exchange visitor visas:
1) No hostility towards USA
U.S. officials reviewing applications have been told to look for "any indications of hostility toward the citizens, culture, government, institutions, or founding principles of the United States."
2) No antisemitism
Consular officers to closely scrutinize the social media of all applicants seeking a visa to study, teach, or speak at Harvard University, with a particular focus on antisemitism and antisemitic viewpoints

Following numerous correspondences leading to letter No. 30/30 dated June 13, 2025, regarding the repeated brutal attacks by the criminal Zionist regime against the peaceful nuclear facilities of the Islamic Republic of Iran, despite repeated reminders and warnings to you regarding the inactions taken, especially by the Board of Governors, which is unfortunately under the guidance of the influence and support of three European countries, the United States, and the Zionist regime, this regime, continuing its aggression against the peaceful nuclear facilities of the Islamic Republic of Iran, including the Natanz and Fordow enrichment complexes, various parts of the Isfahan UCF processing plant, and several other centers under the supervision of the Agency, this morning, Thursday, June 19 (1404), targeted the Khandab heavy water research reactor (Arak) and the heavy water complex located next to this reactor with its brutal attacks in violation of international law.
These military attacks violate the Geneva Conventions and their relevant protocols, the Agency's Statute and the Framework for the Work of the United Nations Scientific Committee on the Effects of Atomic Radiation (UNSCEAR), the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT), the Comprehensive Safeguards Agreement between Iran and the Agency (214/INFCIRC), resolutions of the Board of Governors and the Agency's General Conference, the Agency's Safety Standards, and other relevant international documents.
It is necessary to fulfill your constitutional duties by immediately ending this inaction and condemning these actions of the Zionist regime that are contrary to international regulations.
It is obvious that the Islamic Republic of Iran has taken the necessary measures to defend its sovereign rights and will pursue appropriate legal measures, especially in relation to the inactions taken by your Excellency.
