⚡️🇺🇸 One Last Hurrah

The USS Nimitz, slated to decommission later this year in 2026 will be deployed one final time.

The Nimitz is being deployed for her final deployment to the Southern Command, to the Southern Atlantic where the USS Gerald R. Ford has recently left. According to a representative of the US Navy, the Nimitz will be making multiple port calls in Latin America while enroute to the Southern Atlantic before ending her campaign in her new homeport, Norfolk Naval Yard where she will undergo formal decommissioning procedures.

The USS Nimitz is the oldest aircraft carrier in service with the US, commissioned in 1975, named for Fleet Commander Chester Nimitz of World War 2. The Nimitz’s first major piece of action was the Iranian Hostage Crisis in 1979 after filming the movie ‘The Final Countdown’. The Nimitz was initially slated to undergo decommissioning in Q1 of 2026, however due to current geopolitical situations have opted the Department of the Navy to postpone it to Late April / Early May at the current state of affairs.

Once the Nimitz is fully decommissioned and slated for scrapping; the US will be left with 10 instead of 11 carriers until 2029; nearly 3 full years, which will cause more stress on the current fleet at the current rate of usage.

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Greetings and God's blessings be upon the noble and free people of Islamic Iran.

The Assembly of Experts of the Leadership, while expressing condolences on the martyrdom of the great leader His Eminence Ayatollah Imam Khamenei (may God sanctify his pure soul) and other esteemed martyrs, especially the honorable commanders and the devoted armed forces and the students of Shajareh Tayyebeh School in Minab County, and condemning the brutal aggression of the criminal America and the wicked Zionist regime, hereby informs that this Assembly, immediately after the news of the martyrdom and heavenly ascension of the wise and prudent leader of the Islamic Revolution, despite the severe wartime conditions and direct threats from enemies against this popular institution and the bombing of the offices of the Secretariat of the Assembly of Experts of the Leadership, which led to the martyrdom of several staff members and the security team of this body, did not hesitate for a moment in the process of selecting and introducing the leadership of the Islamic system. According to the duties stipulated in the Constitution and the internal regulations of the Assembly of Experts, it took the necessary measures and arrangements to hold an extraordinary session and introduce the new leader, and appropriate planning and coordination were carried out for the gathering of the honorable representatives of this Assembly who are present in all parts of the country, so that despite the intelligent provisions in Article 111 of the Constitution for the formation of a temporary council, the country would not face a leadership vacuum.

The Assembly of Experts of the Leadership, valuing the high position of the Guardianship of the Jurist in the era of the occultation of the Imam Mahdi (may God hasten his reappearance) and the importance of the leadership issue in the Islamic Republic system, honors 47 years of wise governance based on the principle of dignity, independence, and authority of the Imams of the Revolution, and while commemorating the memory of those divine and popular leaders, declares that after thorough and extensive review and utilizing the capacity of Article 108 of the Constitution, in accordance with its religious duty and belief in being in the presence of Almighty God, in today's extraordinary session, Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Hosseini Khamenei (may God preserve him) is appointed and introduced as the third leader of the sacred system of the Islamic Republic of Iran based on the decisive vote of the honorable representatives of the Assembly of Experts of the Leadership.

In conclusion, with appreciation for the members of the temporary council of Article 111 of the Constitution, it invites all the noble people of Iran, especially the elites and intellectuals of the seminary and university, to pledge allegiance to the leadership and maintain unity around the axis of the Guardianship, and requests the continued grace and favor of the Almighty God upon this country and its great people.

Air Traffic Control received notice and diverted all incoming traffic to the airport rather quickly.

Given the call-in was almost 1hr & 20min ago, and nothing has been further reported, you may draw your own conclusions.

This follows as yesterday (7 MAR), a Southwestern Airlines flight from Nashville, Tennessee to Fort Lauderdale, Florida was diverted to Atlanta, Georgia after a passenger stood up, screamed “Allahu Akbar” and threatened to blow the plane up.

⚡️🇪🇬 The Egyptian Foreign Minister in an urgent summit forwarded the same 11-year old proposal that was forwarded in 2015, where Egypt recommended the establishment of a joint Arab taskforce consisting of all Arab countries in Africa and the Middle East. The eventual goal was for Arab countries to not rely on "foreign countries" for their defense, and instead rely on each other.

It was shot down back in 2015, with countries like Algeria and Tunisia agreeing with it, but the Arab Gulf did not, the Kingdoms cited the expertise and military prowess of the US and EU in protecting their borders.

It is unlikely to pass even after 11 years.

⚡️🇮🇷🇮🇱 So, this video has raised our suspicions after we got a lot of tips about its source or where these scenes originated from, so I did some research.

1- This video is consisted of four different videos. First three were confirmed that they happened in Tel Aviv. The fourth video is said to be the same case, but the Arabic speaking man said something about a "booby-trapped car that exploded" so I do not think it is related.

2- Out of the three videos, as I mentioned, the second video was confirmed to be old, dating back to the first of this month.

3- According to what I got this video from, the OP talked about destroying a large underground shelter, however, no such thing have been confirmed anywhere else.

So, the post I made turned out to be half right (excluding the last video scene until we get more confirmation).

No such confirmation on the "largest underground shelter" that got hit.

I will edit the post above to fit the actual documentation.
