Part 3 Questions IELTS:
Why do you think people enjoy helping others?
How does helping others benefit the person providing help?
Do you think it’s better to help someone you know personally or a stranger? Why?
In your opinion, how can schools encourage children to help others more?
Do you think society values helping others as much as it should? Why or why not?
How do technological advancements make it easier to help people today?
Is it important for governments to support volunteer work and charities? Why or why not?
1. Is it difficult for people in your country to express their feelings?
No, people in my country are utterly emotional and expressive. Although, some choose to be covert and not open up about their feelings, it is merely a choice and does not apply to the vast population of others who openly talk about their opinions.
2. Who do you think talk more? Children or grown-ups?
Children talk about anything and everything. They are the most talkative at a certain age and as they grow up, they learn that not everything needs to be talked about all the time. Adults become reserved and consider their audience before they say something. Some are highly talkative with their friends and family but stay rather calm with other people.
3. What do you think is the difference between boys and girls in expressing their feelings?
Stereotypes like boys cannot cry and an expressive boy is just a girl, make it difficult for a boy to express his feelings. With the fear of being bullied and embarrassed they choose to hide their emotions. Whereas, many girls talk about their feelings openly but ultimately, it comes to individual choice.
4. Do you think people are more open than in the past?
Well, people in the past did not voice their opinions freely because of certain social constructs. There were many stereotypes and taboos in the past society which people had to stick to, to save their social image. In recent times, many of these stereotypical social norms have been torn apart by many who started to express their opinions openly and helped make the world a better place for others.

The graph and table provide information about global water use by sector between 1900 and 2000 and the water consumption patterns in Brazil and the Democratic Republic of Congo in the year 2000.
Overall, the data reveal that agriculture dominates global water usage, while industrial and domestic consumption remain relatively lower. Additionally, differences in population size, irrigated land, and lifestyle significantly influence national water consumption patterns.
The graph illustrates water consumption across three sectors: agriculture, industrial, and domestic. From 1900 to 2000, agricultural water use witnessed the most significant increase, rising steeply after 1950 to reach approximately 3,000 km³ by 2000. This was by far the largest water-consuming sector. Industrial water usage grew moderately between 1900 and 1950 but surged thereafter, peaking at around 1,200 km³ in 2000. In contrast, domestic water use showed minimal growth throughout the century, remaining below 500 km³. These trends highlight the dominance of agriculture in global water consumption and the relatively limited usage in households.
The table compares water consumption in Brazil and the Democratic Republic of Congo in 2000. Brazil, with a population of 176 million, had a significantly higher irrigated land area (26,500 km²) and water consumption per person (359 m³) compared to the Congo, which had a population of 5.2 million, only 100 km² of irrigated land, and a mere 8 m³ of water consumption per person. The stark contrast between the two nations suggests that larger populations and extensive irrigation systems contribute to higher water consumption levels.

Prepositions are one of the most difficult things to master in the English language. They provide the “links” between the main words (nouns, verbs,
and adjectives), but many English students have a hard time knowing which preposition to use in each situation.
