Well, let me be more specific like this, the graphenos has the usb c option to change the purpose, but during the conversation on the headphones, if someone takes away the phone and puts it on the usb to read data, then the data can be extracted from the phone and if the phone is locked, should I be more specific?

No, they cannot search through your phone randomly unless you are going through an international border, then yes (for warrantless), or acquire a warrant they can search your phone and other electronics
They usually flag certain individuals for this event and its not random

there is no such feature in GrapheneOS and never will be, it is security theater

also do not buy devices with GrapheneOS preinstalled except when OEM itself ships it (this isn't happening yet)

keyboard exists so you can type in apps where they provide input field(s)
