However, the IDF claims that 11 soldiers were injured in the attacks, 5 of them seriously, and no deaths, contrary to Hebrew media outlets.

The IDF alleges that the attack was carried out by 5 AlQassam Brigades personnel, who infiltrated an "encampment" in the area, and detonated 2 EFP's against a "Merkava" tank of the "7th (Saar me-Golan)" Armored "82nd (Gaash/Rage)" Battalion.

The IDF alleges to have killed 2 of the personnel by tank shelling and a gunbattle.

After the resistance leadership studied the enemy's behavior in its ground maneuvers inside the Strip, by establishing new combat positions within populated areas from which to launch attacks on our people. In doing so, it neglected that the resistance was closely monitoring it.
As a result, we detected the establishment of a new site located on the southeastern borders of the Khan Yunis Brigade.
Despite the enemy's complete air superiority and its intensive surveillance of the ground, our fighters were able to monitor the enemy forces from the first moment the site was established.
The enemy failed to detect the fighters, as the same tunnel opening was used for the fourth consecutive time, where the location of the operation was monitored from the attack site to gather accurate information exactly one day before the implementation of the operation.

🇲🇩 About a year ago, while I was stuck in Paris, the French intelligence services reached out to me through an intermediary, asking me to help the Moldovan government censor certain Telegram channels ahead of the presidential elections in Moldova.

After reviewing the channels flagged by French (and Moldovan) authorities, we identified a few that clearly violated our rules and removed them. The intermediary then informed me that, in exchange for this cooperation, French intelligence would “say good things” about me to the judge who had ordered my arrest in August last year.

This was unacceptable on several levels. If the agency did in fact approach the judge — it constituted an attempt to interfere in the judicial process. If it did not, and merely claimed to have done so, then it was exploiting my legal situation in France to influence political developments in Eastern Europe — a pattern we have also observed in Romania 🇷🇴

Shortly thereafter, the Telegram team received a second list of so-called “problematic” Moldovan channels. Unlike the first, nearly all of these channels were legitimate and fully compliant with our rules. Their only commonality was that they voiced political positions disliked by the French and Moldovan governments.

We refused to act on this request.
