The letter, which seems to be deliberately vague and enigmatic, features an imaginary conversation written inside the outline of an illustration of a naked woman.
In the conversation, Trump praises Epstein, saying the two have much in common. Trump also refers to certain unspecified 'things' that people 'who already have everything' desire.
The letter ends with an unsettling sentence: 'May every day be another wonderful secret'.

We, the sons of the Syrian tribes, from the tribes of Al-Aqeidat, Shammar, Anza, Al-Bakara, Al-Jabour, Al-Hadeediyyin, Al-Na'im, Al-Mawali, Al-Fawa'ira, Bani Khaled, Bani Sa'eed, Al-Aqeidat, Al-Sakhana, and Al-Sharabin, are following with great concern the crimes of murder and genocide committed by the Al-Hijri militia against the Bedouin tribes in As-Suwayda Governorate, and the displacement and homelessness of innocent people.
Based on our moral and tribal duty, we declare the following:
1. We demand that the Syrian government not interfere or obstruct the movement of fighters who came from outside the region to support their brothers from the Bedouin tribes. They are exercising their legitimate right to defend the oppressed and repel aggression against women, children, and the elderly.
2. Any action taken against these fighters constitutes a clear bias towards the perpetrators of the crimes, and holds all those behind it morally and historically responsible for the continuation of the massacres
3. The Syrian tribes affirm that they stand united behind their defending sons, and any attack on them will be met with a unified, uncompromising tribal stance.
4. We renew our commitment to the unity of Syria, its land and people. However, we draw red lines, including the dignity and security of our people. We will not allow them to be crossed under any pretext.
