What you're looking for I don't think would require training new models. It sounds like a pretty basic combination of standard web dev + RAG + an AI API provider such as Anthropic or OpenAI. Not that the task is exactly simple, but training new models that are good enough to provide you anything useful would be extremely costly both in time and money. Relying on existing models and RAG though could make it much more accomplishable.

Either of the ones you posted should work ok. In most cases CAD is going to use a bit of VRAM which the 3050 doesn't really have, but I don't know if you can do much better for that amount

Hello everyone, I am not a technical professional but an education practitioner . I'm trying to build one or two big AI models to assist me in solving some problems and better tracking and behavior modification. The first model should be divided into two levels, the first level is a simple version that can be connected to a web page or applet, similar to a mix of AI+crawler, which can be used by students to input their current academic progress, professional background, knowledge about the workplace, knowledge about the profession they are interested in, their plans, countries they are interested in, their daily hobbies and interests, their personality traits, and a lot of other information. The background will collect, filter and match the information from each university and the whole network to match the student's major, school, country and future career choice; the second level can be operated by me, I can collect more detailed information from the student through face-to-face or remote communication, and then organize the fragmented information into a personal description, and then input the text into the big model, which can be used for the following purposes Feedback to me a more detailed and specific choice of majors, schools, countries and career plans.
The second big model, I will record the students' daily behaviors, including but not limited to speech, expressions, actions, etc., and organize this information and feed it to the AI big model to learn, organize and analyze. I hope that the AI model can give me feedback and corrections on various student behaviors through the data that I have been feeding it, so that I can better guide my work and communicate with parents in my future teaching and work.
