I think the issue is exactly with your parameter format and endpoint. You’re calling eth_getTransactionReceipt on a Filecoin JSON-RPC endpoint (/rpc/v0) and passing a CID (bafy…), while that method expects an Ethereum-style transaction hash (0x… + 64 hex chars)

You need to use a Filecoin-native Lotus method instead
