How To Date Girls "Out Of Your League"
#VLog #Video
Here’s the link for Chick Crack ►►
Have you ever wanted to talk to a girl but didn't because she was too "out of your league"?
It's not her being "out of your league" that's the problem. It's you thinking she is and then doing nothing.
If you go to a public area and wait for just a few minutes, you will see lots of guys with girls who are "out of their league".
It is very possible for you to date "out of your league". It just takes eliminating old beliefs and adopting new mindsets.
So I'm going to talk about what these mindsets are and what you can do to start dating girls that you think are "out of your league".
➖ @ExpertAdvice ➖
When Your Ego Destroys Your Vision
The challenge for a visionary leader is to avoid the classical mistakes that emerge when focusing only on themselves:
1. You make more references to the past and future than to the present
Leaders who are in the throes of failing are dangerously sentimental. They may wax poetic about what came before and speak wistfully about what will come--that is, after the troublesome present is behind them. Failing leaders pull away from the reality of the moment and lose sight of what needs to be done now.
Solution: It is fine to use the past to accentuate the challenges of moving ahead, and to allude to the future as a source of inspiration, but you have to focus on the present.
2. You have an exaggerated sense of why you were chosen for this position
Do you think you were the only one with the experience/know-how/will to take the position? Do you think you were the only viable candidate, and frankly, your colleagues are losers, and of course none of them were up to the task?
Solution: This trait is particularly poisonous for someone reaching their first real leadership position, and it could prevent you from rising any higher. Remember that you aren't the only fish in the sea. You landed the opportunity, now it is time to keep your ego in check. Practice confident modesty.
3. You are obsessed with turf
As soon as your domain--your unit, your department, your team--is mapped out, are you constantly patrolling the perimeters, and making sure that the rest of the organization stays off your grass? Do you purposely shut down collaboration with other units?
Solution: Take a deep breath. Remember that turf is an artificial construct, and while more can be added to your plate, some can be scraped off and given to someone else. Do a good job with what you have, and don't be afraid of collaboration. It is good for the organization if wins can be scored all around.
4. You don't follow the "rules."
In every organization, there are procedures and processes that must be followed from transaction processing, to hiring, to requisitions. Do you feel that your situation is so special or that you have the institutional backing that you can disregard protocol?
Solution: If you are a new leader in an organization, find out what the rules are before you start throwing your weight around. If you have been in the organization for a while, you should know the rules, but you should also know that no one is going to rewrite them just for you.
5. You see that your inner circle is drifting away
As a visionary, one of your strengths is establishing support of a core group of supporters. A failed visionary converts his or her supporters into "yes-people." If everyone agrees with you, you have changed your supporters into followers rather than making them partners. And partners are essential for implementation and execution.
Solution: Be aware. Make sure that everyone isn't agreeing with you because they are too scared to challenge you.
6. You find that delegation is becoming chaotic
A characteristic of good leaders is that they delegate. They know that they can't do everything, and that they need other people to accomplish their goals. It's a problem when leaders don't delegate enough--leaving team members to flounder without direction--or too much--expecting them to take the reins.
Solution: Delegate, but check in with others, and listen to their feedback and frustrations.
While leaders may gain initial support because of their ideas, charisma, and presence, when it comes to execution, they have to realize that it is no longer simply about them. The leadership challenge for implementation is for leaders to remain involved, but to become the backdrop of the story. By keeping these points in mind, you avoid the pitfalls of becoming the demoralizing tyrant, and give your ideas an opportunity to bear fruit. You can be a visionary leader who can execute.

No More Mr. Nice Guy!
#VLog #CounsellingSession
One of the things that makes me cringe when it comes to helping a guy win over the girl he likes is when he's being too nice.
Being nice to girls is probably the most common approach guys take when trying to win a girl's affections.
And it never works. It more often backfires by making her want to have nothing to do with him.
And yet he tries harder by being nicer or tries again with another girl using the same tried-and-failed approach.
So today I'm going to talk about the nice guy syndrome, how to know if you have it and what to do about it so you stop being so nice and start getting girls attracted to you without being a jerk.

A Technique I Use with My Clients to Pursue Goals
Often the biggest obstacle is YOU. You can be critical and downright mean to yourself.
You often compare yourself or doubt yourself. You allow yourself to indulge in habits that you know are not moving you in the direction of your dreams. You lack faith and don’t trust the Uni-verse. You are waiting not to be scared to take a step forward. You spend more time looking at what’s wrong with you versus what’s downright awesome about you.

5 Signs Your Partner Is Phubbing You
Hey folks! @Trippkramer here and today lets talk about phubbing.
But what is phubbing?
‘phub-bing’ the practice of ignoring one’s companion or companions or order to pay attention to one’s phone or other mobile device. ~ Oxford English Dictionary “Is that even a word?” It is indeed a word, as evidenced by Oxford’s inclusion of ‘phubbing’ in their dictionary. Apparently, ‘phubbing’ is an interjoining of the words “phone” and …

Stop Repeating Family Patterns and Choose a New Direction
Over the Thanksgiving holiday my parents and siblings and their families joined my fam in Mexico. One night we were going to dinner and everybody wanted to go to this steakhouse, which I’m sure was awesome, but I’m vegan. I KNEW there would be nothing I could eat, right? No … salads, don’t cut it for a vegan. We, too, need something more substantial.
And so things started to get super heated for a sec. I explained my situation. My brother explained his. And before we all knew it, things started to get a tiny bit out of control.
So you know what? Instead of allowing it to get worse and starting a massive meltdown in the lobby, OR giving in to what everyone else wanted and being super pissed off, I chose to not get upset about them wanting the meal they wanted, walked away to pick up a vegan pizza and told everyone I’d meet them later in the restaurant.
It felt awesome to break the pattern of people pleasing and take care of myself. And you know what was sweet, they actually waited for me in the lobby and we ended up all going over together. (And BTW, I was right—there was not ONE thing on the menu I could eat—even the “salad bar” was pepperonis and assorted cheeses).
In my life, people pleasing used to be a HUGE issue. Somewhere along the line I picked up the thought that I was supposed to make everybody else happy—or at least keep the peace. So I put the needs or wants of others before my own . I felt what I wanted was less important. (If you’re a people-pleaser you know what I mean and how destructive this can be when it gets out of control.)
I chose a new direction and I have worked really hard to break the pattern of people pleasing and taught myself how to put my own wants and needs right up there with everybody else. And in doing so, I had to look at why, in fact, was I people pleasing.
Was I worried others wouldn’t like me?
Did I not hold myself worthy of my own value?
Was I not entitled to my own desires and decisions?
And now, my new thoughts allow me to ask for what I want and I receive graciously. Is that selfish? No! It’s called self-caring. And it’s also called allowing other people to enjoy what they enjoy without making it mean something else.
Where are your family patterns guiding your thoughts and actions? If your life is not happy and fulfilling, the most loving thing you can do is to choose your own direction and allow others the freedom to do the same.

You CAN Change Your Health for Good: 5 Simple Truths Worth Knowing
I'm going to share with you five simple truths that can change your life – your body – and your health. Now, you might be thinking, "Hey, shouldn't the order be body, health, and life?"
Nope.
That’s exactly why most people either can’t release weight, or gain it right back after it has been lost: we’ve got the order wrong! You have to shift the life that you've built around yourself before you can create lasting change in your body, which will then improve your health.
Join This Beautiful Practice to Connect to Hope
Do you ever feel frightened, in doubt and alone? Why not join in with this simple and beautiful practice – the LightChain – to connect with hope and humanity.
We all can do our bit, quietly, no fuss or sign-up badge required. Will you join in?
1. What is involved?
Light stands for life and hope. It can also be a powerful symbol for connection.
Joining the LightChain involves making a personal, silent and shared commitment to keep a light on for yourself and others. The knowledge of our own and others’ light can provide a sense of connection in moments of isolation, fear and doubt.
Join me and others in having a light on somewhere in your home, whether small or big, discreet or bold.
Please make sure it is not a fire hazard, think of children and pets. A battery powered tea light works well.
Feel free to share(in our group)the idea using hashtag #LightChain or via your friends and networks.
2. How did the LightChain start?
It started out of an experience of crisis and isolation, when my website was no longer available online. I felt shocked, frightened and cut off. I contacted the people hosting my site, and they were on the case. Websites go down. It has happened before and it will happen again. But something else was going on.
The feeling was saying: My website is my voice. Without it, I will not be heard.
At that moment, being in the world felt so fragile and unpredictable and powerless. The website and my writing started to feel pointless. Who was I kidding? Me!
Fear and self-doubt make a terrific and effective team.
This might sound a bit pathetic and childish to you. Well, it does to me, a bit, now, but not then. Because then it was a real feeling of distress. What to do?
If life has taught me one thing, it is that feelings are often fear-based and not reality-based .
Feeling cut off does not necessarily mean we ARE cut off.
And then I had a realization.
I remembered something that I had forgotten about in the stressful events of the morning. The day had started with a surprise, a gift from a stranger in form of a tweet.
The night before I had tweeted a suggestion to have a light (candle or battery powered etc) burning somewhere in our home.
The light is constant as opposed to the changing world.
It stands for safety and predictability.
After I had sent out the tweet, someone (and they have given me permission to share the following with you) quoted the tweet. I then responded:
“Got light on, in its usual place right now, and throughout the night.“
In the morning I saw the following response:
“Waking up in the middle of the night … to know your light was burning (even at night) was comforting thought.”
I felt humbled. I felt touched.
We had created a LightChain.
I was ready to connect with then gift and the reality, that I am connected and not isolated. I do not need my website for that.
3. Will you join the LightChain?
I have a light on at home.
And I know, somewhere other lights are on, too, which keep us connected in moments when we feel cut off and with little hope.
And finally
It would be great to share the word especially now ahead of the next Worldwide Candle Lighting Day which is on 10th December 2017. “At 7 p.m. local time, people light candles for one hour to remember their loved ones. It is a moving occasion that bypasses geographical and cultural divides. As everyone lights their candles at seven pm local time, far-flung parts of the world get illuminated in turn, so that eventually the light has moved all around the globe … No matter whether you’ll be lighting a candle at home or joining a gathering Worldwide Candle Lighting Day it is a way to show love and community.”
I will be there. Will you?

Stop Trying for a Happy Life. Try for a Happy Day.
Cancer is a cruel but effective teacher. We have learnt more than we cared to about medicine and doctors and hospitals and scans and blood tests. It has also taught us invaluable lessons on how to be happier. Here are two...
For All the Things You Can't Control, Remember "This Too Shall Pass"
Just as there are some things that can’t be fixed, there are also some things you can’t control. This fact can be hard to accept for those of us who like to both fix and control things.
You might have a lot of influence, all the autonomy you could wish for, and independence for days—but when it comes to things you can’t control, none of that matters.
I was reading a thread on Quora recently and noticed a recurring theme in what people mentioned as being outside the realm of control.
What other people do.
This is the biggest one. Even if you maintain complete independence for yourself, with no boss and no other accountability, that freedom doesn’t extend beyond yourself. Ultimately, people with free will like to exercise it. You might wish for someone to change, you might even desperately want them to (or feel like you need them to), but their decisions on how to proceed are their own.
What other people think of you.
You can’t control anyone else’s thoughts at all. You may want someone to like you, to think well of you, to earn their favor in some way—but this too is outside your control. Alas!
If you’re seeking approval from someone, never forget that approval is theirs to give or withhold. So since you can’t force someone to think well of you, be attracted to you, or whatever positive sentiment you’d prefer, it might be a good idea to worry about it a lot less.
The rest of the world as it unfolds around you.
The world and environment we live in influences the options available to us. One time a flight I was on had to divert for a medical emergency and I missed an important connection. It’s always the right thing to make sure someone else gets the help they need, of course. But in this case it meant that I had to make a number of unexpected changes that affected the next 10 days of a busy travel schedule.
When feeling frustrated by any of these things, one of the most powerful remedies is to remember the timeless wisdom of “This too shall pass.” No matter the difficulty, it won’t be there forever. The same is true for all the good things in your life: This too shall pass.
Therefore, if you can come to terms with the things you can’t control, or at least stop worrying about them so much —and at the same time, learn to appreciate the good things while there’s still time—perhaps you’ll be much happier.

The Surprising Truth About Why Your To-Do List May Be Failing You.
The most important thing I've learned about happiness, habits, and human nature? There's no one magic, one-size-fits-all solution that works for everyone.
We've all heard the expert advice: Do it first thing in the morning! Do it for 30 days! Start small! Give yourself a cheat day!
But here's the thing: those approaches work well for some people, some of the time. They don't work all the time for everyone.
The most important thing is to know ourselves, and what works for us.
One place where I've seen this issue arise? With to-do lists.
