I suggest reading the release notes to get a better understanding. I don’t know if there’s a time or eta associated with all 35 oracle generating their mainnet keys, but that’s what is currently in progress. If you check the commits on the release notes you’ll see that not all mainnet oracle keys have been added. I think that is the major event for rc46.

IMO it’s coming along, a way to check the progress is to look at the commits for rc46. There are 21 commits. This is part of being decentralized, different time zones, different priorities (e.g. work, family, technical, internet speeds).
