Digi has not failed either. 😆 It hasn't even been tested yet, just like any other crypto with utility tied to it. Why? Because we have been speculating for 15 years about what could possibly happen, despite nothing actually happening. But guess what? We are getting rules! Well, clarity might pass but even if it doesn't the sec chair and the house leaders are pro crypto which means they will create a must pass funding bill most likely if clarity doesn't pass. Ya go ahead and sell your bags to institutions they would love to buy it from you at these low levels 😆 and then go ahead and claim they are manipulating when in reality people ( like Yourself) just gave up, people give up when they give up on themselves. You will regret selling your digi until the day you are unalive.

I get what you’re saying about psychology — it plays a huge role in this space. I understand the markets and charts are taking a dump, but is that why you’re upset. I think price has that effect on people when they invest in something expecting to get rich, only for the market to have other plans.

In the admiral’s opening statement, he says that they’re interested in bitcoin because of its Blockchain, cryptography and reusable proof of work to secure networks and to project power.

My guess is that these type of technologies can be used to secure national infrastructure when it comes to the computer science/cybersecurity aspect.

I wouldn’t doubt that they’re looking at ways to use this as a weapon. Breaking someone else’s code.

We know that Bitcoin BTC is a public network and you can see all the transactions on an explorer unless they use a mixer service or something like coin join. Probably not the best for a sanctioned country or criminal organization.

I think the real test here is if it can be censored.

The core wallet is one wallet that can be used, but you better be good at protecting your wallet.dat file. There are some good mobile wallets that support DGB (such as Coinomi), but I would not recommend the one by Sigma Systems.

not sure he never went into detail .. so im left trying to connect the dots .. there running a node after iran says it wants btc as the tax on the ships going threw the straight ,, im sure the army wants to know who is getting it and where its going ,, plus they might be able to ask the exchanges to freeze it ,, or seize it ,, like they do with coin mixing btc ,, this is all speculation on my part

If you were to ask me why I support and advocate for DigiByte I would say there’s many aspects I like the tech, the fundamentals, the principles that inspired Bitcoin which have inspired DigiByte. I love the decentralized, permission less ethos and the community.
