Similar to BTC, Ethereum has shifted into a bearish market structure on the daily timeframe. We recently broke below key support, confirming a Change of Character (CHoCH) just above $2,020.

The Outlook:
I am expecting a short-term relief bounce to retest the recent breakdown zone around $2,050. This area will act as premium resistance.

Once that retest is complete and price rejects, the primary target is the downside. The Market will look to sweep the unmitigated Sell-Side Liquidity (SSL) resting at $1,920 and $1,820, which sits perfectly inside the larger blue liquidity pool.

Invalidation:
This bearish thesis is completely invalidated if we get a clean daily candle close back above the $2100

Look for short setups on the bounce. Trade safe.

Evaluating current price action, I am leaning bearish for the upcoming week.

Last week, the market swept buy-side liquidity above $74,050 and broke structure downward (CHoCH), shifting into a clear sell program.
This week was simply a retest of the $71,600 Daily FVG created by that initial drop.

The Outlook - I expect a relief bounce into the $67,288 - $68,153 DFVG.
This area will act as a potential short zone before the market continues lower to target the main liquidity pool $65.1k - $62.5k

Invalidation - Daily close above 70k

The charts are basically just reading my script at this point.

Price perfectly bounced from our deep 68.2k - 65.6k Daily OB+, grabbed the liquidity, and slammed directly into 71.6k - 73.4k DFVG.

But here is the real flex as on the way up, the market built us a brand new unmitigated Daily OB+ between $69.5k and $67.4k So we literally have a new concrete floor built right underneath us.
