Hi CoinGecko team, I’m from Coinstore’s Asset Operations team. We urgently need help regarding Coinstore’s Trust Score / exchange ranking review.
After the latest weekly update, Coinstore remains around #53 with 7/10, even after major liquidity optimization. We also noticed that some exchanges ranked above us appear to have much lower visible volume, weaker depth, and poorer liquidity.
Could any official CoinGecko admin please help us contact the right team or check whether our latest liquidity data has been reviewed? We are not asking for manual adjustment, only clarification and actionable feedback. This is very urgent for us. Thank you.
