at first glance this sounds like obvious fake, likely trying to get you to add a malicious bot to your chat as admin

unless what it's doing is just scanning for copyrighted media and deleting it before you get in trouble?
but you could do that yourself by just not posting copyrighted content ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
