OSINT is inevitable same as you can't ban people taking videos or photos in public places.

The other two are ilegal by nature once you do the crime. Asking for anyone to hack your girlfriends facebook account will only lead you to be the one hacked :S

To be honest? in my opinion it's fine.
There is no magic bot. They can't find private messages on private chats. If anything show already public messages that are already probably indexed in many places...

User id can be seen by official telegram apps like TDesktop..

Anything else is like unicorns... they don't exist but you can still imagine they are real
