If a user commits an offense in a group using the /report command, and you specify the reason, it will appear in the user's history. You can also see which message prompted the report.

How does the report command work?
They report any user and write the reason, and these reasons are visible in the mini-app. Everyone can see why the user was reported and in which group they were reported. Only the person who reported the user and the bot administrators can delete this report.
