⚠️ Iris Chat Manager: False Bans + Toxic Support
• Bot automatically bans for normal Russian words due to flawed AI filter:
- "пересдача" (peresdacha = academic retake)
- "тройка" (troyka = grade C in Russian schools)
• Support team ignores technical reports about this issue
• Helper River (@River_merka) told complaining user:
"People like you just get in the way"
• Developers remain unresponsive

🚨 Critical Problems:
1. Overzealous moderation ruins Russian-language chats
2. Educational/academic discussions get flagged as "profanity"
3. Support staff demonstrates hostility instead of solving issues

But there is some difference between grok chat (on their website) and grok telegram bot. Maybe they increased "temperature" for the bot or uses a bit cheaper model. The bot replies is more chaotic. I hope they don't make Aggressive Anti-Spam more aggressive 🤣

Grok @GrokAI is already available for use, but limited only to Telegram premium users. I used it and see no difference between the most famous AI apps and this bot. None of them is perfect, but do it's work, though every AI bot or app should be used cautiously because can give wrong info or info that are not up to date...

Telegram already has an Aggressive Anti-Spam feature, and they're going to add Grok for group moderation. So I think a smart AI spam bot will be useless—unless you offer an API to store data of banned users.

I'm working on a security bot, but it's currently in BETA. It uses a "smart" system to prevent spam, but it is not heavy handed unless someone has proven without a doubt that they are a criminal.

I am always improving it to reduce false positives.

At the moment Aggressive Anti-Spam works bad as hell. You never know if somebody catch restrictions because of that if you not checking group Recent actions everyday. And even if you mark detection as false-positive - the user in released only in your group and still have restrictions in other groups, even if he did not write there anything. And there is no way to unban him there (except to add him as admin) 🤪

The aggressive anti-spam is too aggressive and it also reports users, which limits their account for days (not good for false positives)

As for GrokAI though; I am looking forward to it, IF the deal happens it will hopefully offer more security and real smart security too; for the subtle scams my bots could not tackle.
