Пробежали «Верхотомский рубеж»

С большим удовольствием сегодня принял приглашение поучаствовать в забеге в селе Верхотомское Кемеровского округа.

С историческим смыслом. Преодолели интересную дистанцию к Поклонному кресту на месте Верхотомского острога – точке, откуда черпает начало северная агломерация Кузбасса.

Острог на высоком берегу Томи был основан в 1665 году. В XVIII веке он стал центром Верхотомской слободы Кузнецкого уезда. Острог неоднократно становился форпостом Русской государственности в Сибири.

«Верхотомский рубеж» посвящён увековечению памяти защитников острога и воинов земли русской.

❗️Putin proposed to Trump and Xi Jinping a meeting in November to discuss ending the war in Ukraine without the involvement of Zelensky.

He made this proposal during a phone call with Trump on October 9th. During that same call, the parties also agreed on the supply of Russian diesel.

The meeting could take place on November 18-19 in Shenzhen, China, where the APEC summit will be held, according to The Wall Street Journal.

PS. In 2024 Aussie Cossack predicted a future Trump-Xi-Putin Yalta style conference to discuss new borders and spheres of influence after the end of all current conflicts.

❗️Hungarian Prime Minister Madjar accused former Prime Minister Orban of preparing a state coup and threatened him with a life sentence.

The reason for this was Orban's speech, in which he stated that the opposition is ready for "national resistance" against the current government and may provide "appropriate tools" to those "less intelligent" and "more aggressive."

Earlier, Orban announced that he is returning to the political arena to fight against the new government led by Madjar.

❗️Prime Minister Anthony Albanese says counter-terrorism police are investigating after independent MP Helen Haines was intentionally run over by a man in a landcruiser outside her electorate office in Victoria's north-east

Helen Haines was struck by a vehicle outside her electorate office in Wangaratta on Monday afternoon.

Emergency services were called to the office on Murphy Street about 3:35pm.

Investigators say a 43-year-old Tarrawingee man was driving the Toyota LandCruiser that struck Ms Haines.

After leaving the LandCruiser, the man was subdued and arrested by passersby.

Police are still investigating whether the collision was an intentional act, and whether the man and Ms Haines were known to each other.

Ms Haines has been taken to hospital with critical injuries.

Prime Minister Anthony Albanese says AFP, ASIO and joint counter-terrorism teams are involved with the investigation.
