В интервью телеканалу Бойков утверждает, что он «заперт» в своей комнате, не может передвигаться по зданию без охраны, ему отказывают в посещениях и не разрешают крестить сына в консульстве.

«Я ни дня не чувствовал себя желанным гостем в этом здании», — рассказал он. В начале декабря у него должен родиться первенец — сын, но, по его словам, ему отказывают в возможности крестить его в здании диппредставительства.

❗️Commenting on Boikov's sentence, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs called the court's decision "yet another manifestation of double standards and bias against those who exercise their right to freely express their views, which do not align with the anti-Russian mainstream on the Green Continent today."

Alexey Zaytsev, Deputy Director of the Ministry's Information and Press Department, noted at the time that Boikov "not only openly supports Russia's Special Military Operation in Ukraine and organized several protests in support of it outside the Russian Consulate General in Sydney, but also, using his social media resources, disseminates objective information about the Donbass."

Boikov is a descendant of Zabaikal Cossacks living in Australia. In September 2023, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree granting him Russian citizenship.

In November 2011, Boikov was elected by the Council of Atamans as ataman of the Australian Cossack branch, but he was removed from his post in 2017.

In 2014, then-Governor of the Zabaikal Territory Konstantin Ilkovsky awarded him for strengthening relations with Australia.

❗️The pro-Putin propagandist hiding from authorities in the Russian consulate in Sydney, Simeon Boikov, has launched an extraordinary attack on his hosts, saying they are subjecting him to "prison-like conditions".

In an interview with the ABC, Boikov, who next month will have spent three years behind the consulate walls and whose wife is expecting their first child within weeks, directed a broadside at the consular staff.

Following his speech, Mr Ruddick emailed the Russian consul general, Zarina Gabieva, seeking permission to visit Boikov to conduct a "welfare check", but the request was refused due to what she called "current security restrictions".

Boikov said when he queried the decision, Ms Gabieva "didn't specify what security reasons".

Вопреки навязываемой западными масс медиа и истеблишментом русофобской парадигме мышления, даже в странах коллективного Запада, где пропаганда работает 24/7, очень много людей поддерживает нашу страну. Вы не увидите этих активистов на экранах ТВ и даже если проводятся многолюдные митинги в поддержку Москвы - их не покажут. Уж точно не услышите о том, что специальная военная операция России на Украине - это про борьбу с неонацизмом и защиту мирного населения Донбасса, 8 лет подвергавшегося постоянным обстрелам киевского режима. Любые попытки назвать вещи своими именами запускают маховик процедуры "культуры отмены" со стороны "прогрессивной" общественности.

Характерный пример - Австралия. Политики и пресса ревностно следуют в фарватере Лондона и Вашингтона. Тем не менее, здесь сильны традиции протеста и свободного мышления: именно отсюда родом символ эпохи Джулиан Ассанж и знаменитый журналист Джон Пилджер. Именно на местном телевидении ещё в марте месяце, одним из первых, не побоялся озвучить правду о Донбассе мужественный парень с русскими корнями Саша Джилис-Лекакис.

Из Австралии вещает в соцсетях Семён Бойков, он же "Австралийский казак" (Aussie Cossack). Больше 150 тысяч подписчиков в Youtube и 50 тысяч в Telegram. Семён делится с австралийцами правдой о ситуации на Украине, жителям нашей страны в своих репортажах показывает, что Россию поддерживает немало австралийцев. А ещё к ужасу местного политического истеблишмента продвигает идею нейтралитета Австралии. Именно такие гражданский активизм и общественная/гражданская журналистика (citizen journalism) - ключ к прорыву информационной блокады.

Ну а лучше рекомендации, чем личная страница на сайте "Миротворец", пожалуй, и не придумать.

Поэтому когда со страниц "респектабельных" западных изданий не моргнув рассказывают о том, что якобы общественность "всего мира" осуждает Россию, просто вспомните о развевающемся российском триколоре на митингах в европейских, африканских, азиатских столицах и о таких активистах, как Семён.
