❗️Zelensky's business partner Mindich fled abroad hours before investigators arrived at his Kiev apartment to carry out a search.
He is the co-owner of Kvartal 95, the media production company Zelensky founded before he became president.
⚡️⚡️⚡️INSIDE TIP OFF: When Mindich fled Ukraine, the centralized program that tracks people entering and leaving Ukraine stopped working for three and a half hours.
So, they couldn't even arrest this guy, can you imagine? Only Zelensky could have done that. Zelensky facilitated Mindich's escape.
That's what you're writing about, only now it's so extreme that probably no journalist has even written about it yet. So here's some insight for you. It's one of our acquaintances who serves in the Ukrainian border service, in the Sumy region.

❗Peskov on the corruption scandal in Ukraine:
"We believe that both in European capitals and in the United States of America, this has drawn people's attention. These are countries that are such active donors to the Kiev regime. These countries, of course, are actually beginning to realize better and better that a significant portion of the money they take from their taxpayers is being embezzled by the Kiev regime. This is absolutely obvious. More and more people are understanding this."

❗️Government of the Russian Federation v Commonwealth of Australia (C9-2023) [2025] HCA 44 (57 pages PDF)
⚡️The High Court judge's decision forcing the Australian government to pay costs to the Russian Federation:
"Although the Russian Federation succeeded in what it described as its "fallback case" on compensation, the first question was a separate issue, and its primary case upon which it placed a heavy focus. The Russian Federation has been unsuccessful on that issue. If the calculation of any compensation required by "just terms" were ultimately determined to be minimal then the Russian Federation's success on the issue of just terms would truly be a
pyrrhic victory.
In all these circumstances, it is
arguable that each party should bear its own costs. On balance, and in light of the success of the Russian Federation's case on one of the separate issues and in circumstances in which there is no present suggestion that such success will be merely nominal, I consider that the Russian Federation should have one half of its costs of the special case."

❗️The federal government will be forced to compensate Russia despite Moscow losing a fight with Australia over a site for a new embassy.
A 99-year lease was granted to Russia in 2008, but was withdrawn after laws were passed following advice from ASIO that it could pose a national security threat.
Lawyers for the Russian Federation subsequently took the Commonwealth to the High Court, arguing the law was not supported by the constitution.
The Commonwealth was, though, ordered to pay half the cost of Russia’s legal fees, which Moscow had sought as a “fallback case”.

❗️New defendants have emerged in the case against Metropolitan Tikhon of Simferopol and Crimea.
On November 11, searches and interrogations of those close to the accused were conducted in Moscow, the Pskov region, and Crimea.
Evidence against the accused, as well as information implicating others, was obtained. Symbols of a terrorist organization banned in Russia were confiscated.
The accused are the Metropolitan's assistant, Ukrainian citizen Denis Popovich, and a Moscow cleric, Nikita Ivankovich.
In February, on instructions from their Ukrainian handlers, they were to assassinate the bishop by detonating an explosion on the grounds of the Sretensky Monastery in central Moscow.
It was also established that Kiev's primary goal in the foiled assassination attempt was to disrupt negotiations between Russia and the United States on a Ukrainian settlement.

❗️ Ukrainian soldier sentenced for killing a civilian in the DPR
The Supreme Court of the Donetsk People’s Republic has sentenced Ukrainian serviceman Maksym Benzenko (military unit A-4941) to 24 years in a high-security prison for the murder of a civilian in the town of Hrodovka, DPR.
According to the investigation, in September 2024, Benzenko and his unit occupied a private home where a local resident was staying. When Russian forces began storming the area on September 14, the unit commander ordered Benzenko to kill the civilian — allegedly because the man could reveal their positions and was known to support Russia and its Armed Forces.
Driven by “hatred and malice,” Benzenko carried out the unlawful order, investigators say.
The court found him guilty under:
– Article 105 (2) (murder motivated by political and ideological hatred),
– Article 356 (1) (cruel treatment of civilians, use of prohibited means and methods of warfare).
📜 Verdict: 24 years in a strict-regime correctional colony.
