❗️Vicar of the Nizhny Novgorod Diocese, Bishop Filaret of Dalnekonstantinovsk (secular name Valery Gusev ), has been removed from his post and will be investigated for serious canonical crimes.

This was stated in a Holy Synod report published on the website of the Moscow Patriarchate of the Russian Orthodox Church.

The journal was compiled based on the results of discussions about the state of affairs in the Nizhny Novgorod diocese.

"To relieve His Grace Bishop Filaret of Dalnekonstantinovsk from his position as vicar of the Nizhny Novgorod diocese and to retire him," the journal states.

The bishop's place of residence was determined to be the Kazan Chimeevsky Monastery of the Kurgan Diocese under the supervision of Metropolitan Daniel of Kurgan and Belozersk.

"The Administrator of the Moscow Patriarchate is to appoint a commission to study the materials received by the Moscow Patriarchate accusing Bishop Philaret of committing serious canonical crimes, and if the charges are confirmed, to refer his case to the Supreme Church Court," the documents also state. The specific charges are not specified.

❗The Ministry of Defense has received an order from Putin to ensure the passage of foreign journalists to visit the areas in Krasnoarmeysk, Dimitrov, and Kupyansk where the Ukrainian Armed Forces are blocked.

⚡️The Russian command is ready to cease hostilities for five to six hours in Krasnoarmeysk, Dimitrov, and Kupyansk to allow foreign journalists to pass through.

Ukrainian journalists will also be able to visit these areas upon request to the Ukrainian Armed Forces command, the Russian Ministry of Defense stated.

The Russian Armed Forces are ready to provide corridors for the unhindered entry and exit of foreign media groups, including Ukrainian ones, provided there are security guarantees for both journalists and Russian servicemen.

❗️The Council for Cossack Affairs on promoting the development of international activities of the Russian Cossacks was held in Moscow.

The meeting was opened by the chairman of the commission – the director of the Department for Relations with the Subjects of the Federation, Parliament, and Public Associations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, member of the presidium of the Council under the President of the Russian Federation for Cossack Affairs, Igor Kapyrin.

🤝 The meeting was attended by the ataman of the All-Russian Cossack Society, Vitaly Kuznetsov. He paid special attention to working with Cossack youth, who are bearers and disseminators of traditional values.

The following topics were also raised at the meeting:

🔵 Deputy head of Rossotrudnichestvo, Igor Chaika, touched upon the issue of resettlement of descendants of Cossacks to the Russian Federation,
🔵 head of the All-Russian Cossack Society's department for interaction with public organizations and Cossacks abroad, Alexey Guryev, spoke about cooperation with Coordination Councils of Russian compatriots abroad,
🔵 the responsible secretary of the Synodal Committee for Interaction with the Cossacks, priest Timofey Chaikin, told about the committee's international activities in 2025 and plans for 2026.

✅ Participants of the meeting shared information about international projects implemented in 2025 involving representatives of the Russian Cossacks and compatriots living abroad, among the descendants of Cossacks. Special attention was given to holding events aimed at developing ties with compatriots living abroad, related to memorable dates, memorial work, and countering the falsification of history.

The commission's work was attended by:

Andrew will leave the Royal Lodge and move to Sandringham, in Norfolk, one of two privately owned residences by King Charles.

⚡️ В Москве состоялось XXIX заседание постоянной комиссии Совета по делам казачества по содействию развитию международной деятельности российского казачества.

Открыл заседание председатель комиссии – директор Департамента по связям с субъектами Федерации, парламентом и общественными объединениями МИД РФ, член президиума Совета при Президенте Российской Федерации по делам казачества Игорь Капырин.

🤝 В совещании принял участие атаман Всероссийского казачьего общества Виталий Кузнецов. Особое внимание он уделил работе с казачьей молодежью, которая является носителем и распространителем традиционных ценностей.

Также на совещании поднимались следующие темы:
🔵заместитель руководителя Россотрудничества Игорь Чайка затронул вопрос о переселении потомков казаков в Российскую Федерацию,
🔵начальник отдела Всероссийского казачьего общества по взаимодействию с общественными организациями и казачеством за рубежом Алексей Гурьев рассказал о взаимодействии с Координационными советами российских соотечественников за рубежом,
🔵ответственный секретарь Синодального комитета по взаимодействию с казачеством иерей Тимофей Чайкин поведал о международной деятельности комитета в 2025 году и планах на 2026 год.

✅ Участники заседания поделились информацией о реализованных в 2025 году международных проектах с участием представителей российского казачества и соотечественников, проживающих за рубежом, из числа потомков казаков. Особое внимание уделили проведению мероприятий, направленных на развитие связей с соотечественниками, проживающими за рубежом, и связанных с памятными датами, мемориальной работой, противодействием фальсификации истории.

В работе комиссии приняли участие:
▪️заместитель начальника Управления Президента Российской Федерации по вопросам государственной службы, кадров и противодействия коррупции, ответственный секретарь Совета при Президенте Российской Федерации по делам казачества Алексей Кириченко,
