❗️Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has arrived in the United States for a long-awaited meeting with US President Donald Trump, with the two leaders expected to discuss defence and trade ties amid the Washington-Beijing trade war.

⚡️In the wake of China tightening restrictions on its rare earths, the flow of Australian critical minerals into the US would be one of the major talking points during the summit on Monday.

⚡️The two leaders will also discuss the AUKUS pact – a trilateral security agreement between Australia, the US and the United Kingdom – that aims to counter China’s growing defence footprint in the Asia Pacific.

❗️Think about it this way. The year is 2025, not 2022. The Russian army is far from Kiev, far from Lvov, but everyday it inches closer. In what way does Poland benefit from encouraging the continuation of this war when they're not in any danger? Why won't NATO sit down with Zelensky and tell him that it's time to make peace, even if it means ceding land that is already held strongly by Russia? Instead, all of these countries continue to support and fund Ukraine's mission of self-destruction which has caused the loss of thousands of innocent Christian lives. It is apparent: NATO is not there to protect Ukraine, it is there to attack Russia.

PS. Not sure if Igor Maslov's dismissal was because of misconduct or just a routine dismissal. One thing is for sure there are plenty of dodgy bureaucrats riding the gravy train embezzling funds from the Russian government under the guise of "cultural projects". This has been going on for years. These bureaucrats are to blame for sabotaging President Putin's strategy in relation to the informational war, Russia's soft power overseas and advancing pro-Russian interests through cultural collaboration.

Mick Ryan who is a former ADF General complains that:

"the big decision about Tomahawks appears to have been shelved for now, if not all time, as a result of Putin’s lobbying of Trump. And Trump appears hellbent on some kind of ceasefire that freezes the conflict along current Ukrainian and Russian dispositions. A frozen conflict will only help Putin, hurt Europe and be disastrous for Ukraine."

The Polish like to say things like this in reference to themselves in WW2, when in reality, the situation here is very different. There have been plenty of conflicts resolved through territorial concessions.

After the Winter War, the Soviets got the buffer zone they wanted, and didn't attack again until the Germans and Finnish invaded the USSR themselves. A similar scenario seems to be brewing in Ukraine...
