During the clearing of a forest belt near Kupyansk, Russian fighters discovered a Ukrainian Armed Forces observation post — a den, with two banderlogs inside. Both were eliminated.

Among other things, the Ukrainians had a self-liquidation instruction manual, which their dear mother Ukraine thoughtfully provided them.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces' choice, to put it bluntly, is limited. And the option to "stay alive" is not provided by the Ukrainian state.

The teams in this geoeconomic game are Russia, China and the US. The rest of us are vassals to their spheres of influence.

Right now, China and Russia are trying to take the US for fools. Leaving Australia out in the cold.

❗️Vaccine mandates and “lack of transparency” about safety have led to plummeting trust in public health around the world that can only be solved with a “long overdue apology”, a new paper argues.

Divisive British cardiologist Dr Aseem Malhotra, writing in the journal Science, Public Health Policy and the Law on Friday, has urged government and medical bodies to “publicly apologise” to vaccine injured patients, the public and “whistleblowing” doctors, arguing mandates have fuelled distrust and “conspiracy theories” while reducing uptake of vital traditional vaccines.

They argue it was “understandable that, in the early days of the pandemic, decisions were made under uncertainty — guided by the best evidence available at the time”.

“However, such justification cannot extend indefinitely,” they write. “Once new evidence emerged that challenged initial assumptions about the benefits and risks, the ethical obligation was to reassess policy accordingly.”

Failure to acknowledge emerging vaccine safety signals was “perhaps the most egregious failure”.

As of July 2025, 2.3 million people, or about 8 per cent of the population, had taken a Covid vaccine in the prior 12 months, according to Health Department data.

The Australian government now only recommends the Covid vaccine for those aged 65 and over and people with severe immunocompromise.
