قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى الله عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَصَحبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
[ إذا أدركتَ ركعةً من الجُمعةِ فأضفْ إليها أُخرى ، فإِذا فاتَك الركوعُ فصلِّ أربعاً ]
حديث صحيح رواه ابن أبي شيبه
The Prophet (PBUH) said,
"If you catch one rak'a from the Friday prayer, then add another one, but if you miss all rak'a then pray four (rak'a).''

قالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَصَحبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
[ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ تَكَافَأُ دِمَاؤُهُمْ ، وَهُمْ يَدٌ عَلَى مَنْ سِوَاهُمْ ، وَيَسْعَى بِذِمَّتِهِمْ أَدْنَاهُمْ. ]
حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ رَوَاهُ أبو داود.
تَكَافَأُ دِماؤُهم = تَتساوَى دِماؤُهم في القِصاصِ والدِّيَاتِ.
يَدٌ على مَنْ سِواهم = قوَّةٌ مُجْتَمِعَةٌ على أعدائِهم.
وَيَسْعَى بِذِمَّتِهِمْ أَدْنَاهُمْ = إذا أعطى أحدُ المسلمين عهْدًا لغيرِ مسلمٍ ولو كان عبْداً أو أَمَةً وَجَبَ على باقي المسلمين أنْ يُوفُوا عهْدَه.
The Prophet ( PBUH ) said,
"The lives of the believers are equal in value, and they are one against others, and protection given even by the least among them is to be honoured."

( يَطَّلِعُ اللهُ تبارك وتعالى إلى خلقِهِ ليلةَ النِّصفِ مِنْ شعبان فيغفرُ لجميعِ خلقِهِ إلا لمشركٍ أو مُشاحن. )
حديث صحيح رواه ابن حبان.
المشاحن = الذي بينه و بين أخيه المسلم عداوة.
The Prophet (PBUH) Said,
"Allah looks upon His creatures on the night of the middle of Sha`ban and forgives all His creatures except an idolater or one who bears animosity (towards his Muslim brother)."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَليهِ وَآلِهِ وَصَحبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
"من غسَّلَ يومَ الجمعةِ واغتسلَ، وبَكَّرَ وابتَكرَ، ومشى ولم يرْكب، ودنا منَ الإمامِ، فاستمعَ ولم يلغُ، كانَ لَهُ بِكلِّ خطوةٍ عملُ سنةٍ، أجرُ صيامِها وقيامِها."
حديث صحيح رواه ابن ماجه.
The Prophet (PBUH) said:
"Whoever washes and takes a bath on Friday, goes out early (to listen to the sermon and attend the prayer), goes on foot and doesn't ride, sits close to the imam, listens and avoids ill speech, for each step he takes he will get a reward equal to that of fasting and praying (qiamullail) a whole year."

{ إِنَّ الأَشْعَرِيِّينَ إِذَا أَرمَلُوا فِي الْغَزْوِ ، أَوْ قَلَّ طَعَامُ عِيَالِهِمْ بِالْمَدِينَةِ ، جَمَعُوا مَا كَانَ عِنْدَهُمْ فِي ثَوْبٍ وَاحِدٍ ، ثُمَّ اقْتَسَمُوه بَيْنَهُمْ فِي إِنَاءٍ وَاحِدٍ بِالسَّوِيَّةِ ، فَهُمْ مِنِّي وَأَنَا مِنْهُم. }
رواه البخاري ومسلم.
الأَشْعَرِيِّينَ = من أهل اليمن.
أَرمَلُوا = قل زادهم أو فني.
The Prophet ( PBUH ) said,
"When the tribe of Ashareen ran short of food during the battles, or the food of their families in Medina ran short, they would collect all their remaining food and then distribute it among themselves equally. So, these people are from me, and I am from them."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَصَحبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
{ مَنْ سَرَّهُ أنْ ينْجِيَهُ اللهُ مِنْ كُرَبِ يَوْمِ القِيَامَةِ ، فَلْيُنَفِّسْ عَنْ مُعْسِرٍ أَوْ يَضَعْ عَنْهُ. }
رواه مسلم.
The Prophet ( PBUH ) said,
"He who loves that Allah saves him from the torments of the Day of Resurrection should give respite to the insolvent or remit (his debt)."

{ إِنَّ مِنْ وَرَائِكُمْ أَيَّامَ الصَّبْرِ ، الصَّبْرُ فِيهِ مِثْلُ قَبْضٍ عَلَى الْجَمْرِ ، لِلْعَامِلِ فِيهِمْ مِثْلُ أَجْرِ خَمْسِينَ رَجُلا يَعْمَلُونَ مِثْلَ عَمَلِهِ ،
قيل يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَجْرُ خَمْسِينَ مِنْهُمْ ؟
قَالَ : أَجْرُ خَمْسِينَ مِنْكُمْ. }
حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ رَوَاهُ أبو داود
The Prophet (PBUH) said,
"for ahead of you are days which will require endurance, in which showing endurance will be like grasping live coals. The one who acts rightly during that period will have the reward of fifty men who act as he does.
The hearers asked the Messenger, "the reward of fifty of them.? He replied: The reward of fifty of you".

{ إِنَّ مِنَ النَّاسِ مَفَاتِيحَ لِلْخَيْرِ ، مَغَالِيقَ لِلشَّرِّ ، وَإِنَّ مِنَ النَّاسِ مَفَاتِيحَ لِلشَّرِّ , مَغَالِيقَ لِلْخَيْرِ ، فَطُوبَى لِمَنْ جَعَلَ اللهُ مَفَاتِيحَ الْخَيْرِ عَلَى يَدَيْهِ ، وَوَيْلٌ لِمَنْ جَعَلَ اللهُ مَفَاتِيحَ الشَّرِّ عَلَى يَدَيْهِ.}
حديث حسن رواه ابن ماجه.
The Prophet ( PBUH ) said,
"Some people open the door to good and close the door to evil, and some people open the door to evil and close the door to good. Glad tidings to those in whose hands Allah places the keys to good, and woe to those in whose hands Allah places the keys to evil."

{ مَنْ كَانَ مَعَهُ فَضْلُ ظَهْرٍ ، فَلْيَعُدْ بِهِ عَلَى مَنْ لَا ظَهْرَ لَهُ ، وَمَنْ كَانَ لَهُ فَضْلٌ مِنْ زَادٍ ، فَلْيَعُدْ بِهِ عَلَى مَنْ لَا زَادَ لَهُ. }
رواه مسلم.
الظهر = كل ما يُركب من دابة و غيره.
الزاد = الطعام.
The Prophet ( PBUH ) said,
"He who has an extra mount should give that to the one who has no mount, and he who has surplus of provisions should give them to the one who has no provisions."
Narrated by Muslim.

{ مَا يَزَالُ الْبَلَاءُ بِالْمُؤْمِنِ وَالْمُؤْمِنَةِ
فِي نَفْسِهِ وَوَلَدِهِ وَمَالِهِ حَتَّى يَلْقَى اللهَ وَمَا عَلَيْهِ خَطِيئَةٌ. }
حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ رَوَاهُ التِرمِذِي.
The Prophet (PBUH) said,
"Trials will not cease afflicting the believer man and woman in person, children, and property, until he/she meet Allah without having any sin."

"مَثَلُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ فِي تَوَادِّهِمْ وَتَرَاحُمِهِمْ وَتَعَاطُفِهِمْ مَثَلُ الْجَسَدِ إِذَا اشْتَكَى مِنْهُ عُضْوٌ تَدَاعَى لَهُ سَائِرُ الْجَسَدِ بِالسَّهَرِ وَالْحُمَّى."
رواه البخاري ومسلم.
The Prophet ( PBUH ) said,
"The believers in their mutual kindness, compassion and sympathy are just like one body. When one limb suffers, the whole body responds to it with wakefulness and fever."

"لا يَصُومَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ إِلا يَوْمًا قَبْلَهُ أَوْ بَعْدَهُ."

The Prophet (PBUH) said,
"One should not fast the day of Friday, unless he fasts a day before or after it."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَصَحبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
[ بَيْنَمَا رَجُلٌ يَتَبَخْتَرُ يَمْشِي فِي بُرْدَيْهِ قَدْ أَعْجَبَتْهُ نَفْسُهُ فَخَسَفَ اللَّهُ بِهِ الأَرْضَ فَهُوَ يَتَجَلْجَلُ فِيهَا إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ. ]
رَوَاهُ مُسلِم.
يَتَبَخْتَرُ = يمشي متكبراً.
البُرْدة = كِساء أسود فيه صورٌ.
يَتَجَلْجَلُ = يغوصُ ويسيخ في الأرض.
The prophet (PBUH) said,
"There was a person who walked with pride because of his (fine) mantles and well pleased with his personality. Allah made him sink in the earth and he would go on sinking in that until the Day of Resurrection."
Narrated by Muslim.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَصَحبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
{ إِخْوَانُكُمْ خَوَلُكُمْ ،
جَعَلَهُمُ الله تحْتَ أيْدِيكُمْ.
فَمَنْ كَانَ أخُوهُ تَحْتَ يَدِهِ فَلْيُطْعِمْهُ مما يأكُلُ وَلْيُلْبِسْهُ مِما يَلْبَسُ.
ولا تُكَلِّفُوهُمْ ما يَغْلِبُهُمْ فإنْ تكلَّفوهُمْ فأعِينُوهُمْ }.
رواه البخاري ومسلم.
خَوَلُكُمْ = خدمكم.
The Prophet ( PBUH ) said,
"Your slaves are your brothers and Allah has put them under your command. So whoever has a brother under his command should feed him of what he eats and dress him of what he wears. Do not overburden them with what they cannot bear, and if you do so, help them."

قالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَصَحبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ :
[ إِذَا أَتَى أَحَدَكُمْ خَادِمُهُ بِطَعَامِهِ ،
فَإِنْ لَمْ يُجْلِسْهُ مَعَهُ
فَلْيُنَاوِلْهُ أُكْلَةً أَوْ أُكْلَتَيْنِ ،
أَوْ لُقْمَةً أَوْ لُقْمَتَيْنِ ،
فَإِنَّهُ وَلِيَ حَرَّهُ وَعِلاَجَهُ ].
رَوَاه البخاري ومسلم.
حَرَّهُ وَعِلاَجَهُ = تَحمَّلَ مَشقَّةَ دُخَانِه وتَجهِيزِه.
The Prophet (PBUH) said,
"When your servant brings your meals to you then if you do not let him sit and share the meals,
then you should at least give him one or two handfuls,
or one or two mouthfuls of that meal,
as he has suffered from its heat (while cooking it) and has taken pains to prepared it."

عَنْ أُمِّ المُؤمِنينَ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنهَا أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ:
[ مَا مِنْ مُسْلِمٍ تُصِيبُهُ مُصِيبَةٌ فَيَقُولُ مَا أَمَرَهُ اللَّهُ إِنَّا لِلَّهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ ، اللَّهُمَّ أْجُرْنِي فِي مُصِيبَتِي وَأَخْلِفْ لِي خَيْرًا مِنْهَا.
إِلاَّ أَخْلَفَ اللَّهُ لَهُ خَيْرًا مِنْهَا. ]
رَوَاه مسلم
Om Salama mother of the believers (may Allah be pleased with her) said,
I heard Allah's messenger (PBUH) as saying,
"If any Muslim who suffers some calamity says what Allah has commanded him, ‘We belong to Allah and to Him do we return; O Allah, reward me for my affliction and give me something better than it in exchange for it,
Allah will give him something better than it in exchange."

فضائل ليلة نصف من شعبان
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَليهِ وَآلِهِ وَصَحبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
[ وَإِنَّ بِحَسْبِكَ أَنْ تَصُومَ كُلَّ شَهْرٍ ثَلاثَةَ أيَّامٍ ، فَإِنَّ لَكَ بِكُلِّ حَسَنَةٍ عَشْرَ أَمْثَالِهَا ، فَإِنَّ ذَلِكَ صِيَامُ الدَّهْرِ كُلِّهِ ]
رواه البخاري و مسلم.
✏ علما بأن الأيام البيض لهذا الشهر تبدأ إن شاء الله يوم الأحد.
The Prophet (PBUH) said:
"It is sufficient for you to fast three days every month, as the reward of a good deed is multiplied by ten, so it will be like fasting the whole year."

{ مَا يُصِيبُ الْمُسْلِمَ مِنْ نَصَبِ وَلا وَصَبٍ ، وَلا هَمٍ ، وَلا حَزَنٍ وَلا غَمٍّ ، وَلا أَذًى ، حَتَّى الشَّوْكَةُ يُشَاكُهَا ، إِلا كَفَّرَ اللهُ تَعَالَى بِهَا خَطَايَاهُ. }
رَوَاهُ البخاري ومسلم.
نَصَبِ = تعب.
وَصَبٍ = مرض.
The Prophet (PBUH) said:
"Never a Muslim is stricken with a discomfort, an illness, an anxiety, a grief or worry or even the pricking of a thorn but Allah will expiate his sins (on account of his patience.)"

عَنْ جَابِرَ بِنْ عَبْد الله رَضِيَ الله عَنْهُ قَالَ: مَرَّ رَسُولُ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم بِيَاسِرٍ وَعَمَّارٍ وَأُمِّ عَمَّارٍ وَهُمْ يُؤْذَوْنَ فِي اللهِ تَعَالَى فَقَالَ لَهُمْ:
{ صَبْرًا آل يَاسِرٍ صَبْرًا آل يَاسِرٍ فَإِنَّ مَوْعِدَكُمْ الْجَنَّةِ. }
حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ رَوَاهُ الطبراني.
Abdullah Bin Jabir (May Allah be pleased with him) said: The prophet (PBUH) passed by Yasir and Ammar and the mother of Ammar while they were being tortured in the way of Allah the Almighty, so he said to them:
"Be patient oh family of Yasir, be patient oh family of Yasir, for your (promised) appointment is paradise."

سُئِلت أمُ المؤمنين عائشةَ رضي اللهُ عنها عن صيامِ رسولِ اللهِ صلَّى اللهُ عليه وسلَّمَ فقالت:
"كان يصومُ حتى نقول : قد صام ، ويفطر حتى نقول: قد أفطر ، ولم أرَه صائمًا من شهرٍ قطُّ أكثرَ من صيامِه من شعبانَ ، كان يصومُ شعبانَ كلَّه ، كان يصومُ شعبانَ إلا قليلًا."
رواه مسلم
Aisha, the mother of the believers (may Allah be pleased with her), was asked about the fasting of the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) and she said:
"He used to fast consecutively that we said, 'He has fasted (he will never stop fasting), and he did not fast till we said, 'He will not fast', and I never saw him fasting in any other month more than he did in Sha'ban. He used to fast the whole of Sha'ban. He used to fast the whole of Sha'ban except for a few days."
Narrated by Muslim.
سُئل رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وصحبه وسلم عن كثرة صيامهِ في شهر شعبان فقال :
( ذَلِكَ شَهْرٌ يَغْفُلُ النَّاسُ عَنْهُ بَيْنَ رَجَبٍ وَرَمَضَانَ ، وَهُوَ شَهْرٌ تُرْفَعُ فِيهِ الأعْمَالُ إِلَى رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ ، فَأُحِبُّ أَنْ يُرْفَعَ عَمَلِي وَأَنَا صَائِمٌ.)
حَدِيثٌ حَسنٌ رواه أَحْمَدُ وَالنَّسَائِيُّ.
The Prophet (PBUH) was asked about his frequent fasting in Sha'ban, and he said:
"That is a month people do not pay much attention to between Rajab and Ramadan. It is a month in which deeds are taken up to the Lord of the worlds, and I like my deeds to be taken up when I am fasting."

{ يُبْتَلَى الرَّجُلُ عَلَى حَسَبِ دِينِهِ ، فَإِنْ كَانَ دِينُهُ صُلْبًا اشْتَدَّ بَلَاؤُهُ وَإِنْ كَانَ فِي دِينِهِ رِقَّةٌ ، ابْتُلِيَ عَلَى حَسَبِ دِينِهِ. }
حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ رَوَاهُ التِرمِذِي
The Prophet of (PBUH) said,
"A man is tested with affliction as much as his faith, If his faith was solid his affliction will go strong, And if there was delicacy in his faith, he would be tested with calamity as much as his faith."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى الله عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَصَحبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
"ثَلاَثٌ حَقٌّ عَلَى كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ ، الغُسْلُ يَوْمَ الجُمُعَةِ ، وَالسِّوَاكُ ، وَيَمَسُّ مِنْ طِيبٍ إنْ وجدَ."
رواه أحمد
The Prophet (PBUH) said,
"A muslim should do three things;
Wash on Fridays,
brush his/ her teeth (using sewak)
and wear perfume if he has ."
Note: wearing perfume is for male only.

The Prophet ( PBUH ) said,
"Allah will constantly fulfill the needs of His slave as long as the slave fulfills the needs of his brother."

{ من أكثرَ من الاستغفارِ جعل اللهُ لهُ من كلِّ همٍّ فَرَجًا ومن كلِّ ضيقٍ مخرجًا ورَزَقَهُ من حيثُ لا يحتسبُ. }
حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ رَوَاهُ أحمد
The Prophet (PBUH) said,
"Who asked for forgiveness often, Allah will make him a relief from every concern, And a way out from every distress, And He will give him sustainance from where he does not expect."
Narrated by Ahmed.

حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ رَوَاهُ ابن حبان.
The Prophet (PBUH) said,
"Should not I tell you who is forbidden from hellfire?
They (his companions) said,
Yes, oh prophet of Allah,
He said, every easy going, flexible, easy to reach, easy to deal with."

"مَنْ صَامَ يَوْمًا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ بَاعَدَ اللَّهُ وَجْهَهُ عَنِ النَّارِ سَبْعِينَ خَرِيفًا."
رَوَاهُ البُخَارِيُ ومُسلِم.
The Prophet (PBUH) said:
"Whoever fasts a day in the way of Allah, Allah will keep his face away from Hell for seventy years."
Narrated by Al Bukhari and Muslim.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَليهِ وَآلِهِ وَصَحبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
[ صِيَامُ ثَلاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ صِيَامُ الدَّهْرِ ، وَأَيَّامُ الْبِيضِ صَبِيحَةَ ثَلاثَ عَشْرَةَ وَأَرْبَعَ عَشْرَةَ وَخَمْسَ عَشْرَةَ ]
حديث حسن رواه النسائى.
The Prophet ( PBUH ) said,
[ Fasting three days of each month is fasting for a lifetime , and the bright (white) days are the thirteenth,fourteenth and fifteenth. ]
