قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَصَحبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
[ مَن تعظَّم في نفسِه أو اختال في مِشيَتِه لقِىَ اللهَ و هو عليه غضبانٌ. ]
حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ رَوَاهُ أحمد
The prophet (PBUH) said,
"Whoever exalts himself and walks with an arrogant; Allah will be angry with him when he meets Him (on the Day of Resurrection)."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَصَحبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
[ مَنْ تَرَكَ اللِّبَاسِ تَوَاضُعًا لِلَّهِ وَهُوَ يَقْدِرُ عَلَيْهِ دَعَاهُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ عَلَى رُءُوسِ الْخَلاَئِقِ حَتَّى يُخَيِّرَهُ مِنْ أَيِّ حُلَلِ الإِيمَانِ شَاءَ يَلْبَسُهَا. ]
حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ رَوَاه الترمذي
The Prophet (PBUH) said,
"Whoever leaves(valuable) dress out of humility to Allah while he is able to (afford it), Allah will call him before the heads of creation on the Day of Judgement so that he can chose whichever Hulal of faith he wishes to wear."
Narrated by Tirmithi.
Hulal of faith" is the garments of Paradise which are given to the people of faith.

عن عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بُسْرٍ رضي الله عنه قال:
"جَاءَ رَجُلٌ يَتَخَطَّى رِقَابَ النَّاسِ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ وَالنَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَخْطُبُ ، فَقَالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : اجْلِسْ ، فَقَدْ آذَيْتَ."
حديث صحيح رواه أبو داود.
Abdulah bin Busr (May Allah be pleased with him) said:
"One Friday a man entered the masjid stepping over people's necks (to get to the front) while the Prophet (PBUH) was delivering the Friday sermon, then the Prophet (PBUH) said to him: 'sit down. You have offended people.'"

عَن أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ رَضيَ اللهُ عنه قال:
{ بَيْنَمَا نَحْنُ جُلُوسٌ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ ، دَخَلَ رَجُلٌ عَلَى جَمَلٍ ، فَأَنَاخَهُ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ ، ثُمَّ عَقَلَهُ ، ثُمَّ قَالَ لَهُمْ: أَيُّكُمْ مُحَمَّدٌ وَالنَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مُتَّكِئٌ بَيْنَ ظَهْرَانَيْهِمْ ، فَقُلْنَا هَذَا الرَّجُلُ الأَبْيَضُ الْمُتَّكِئُ.}
رواه البخاري
Anas Bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) said,
"While we were seated with the prophet (PBUH) in the mosque, a man entered riding a camel, then he kneeled it down in the mosque, then he tied it and then said to them: who among you is Muhammad? while the prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was leaning on his arm among them."

قالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَصَحبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
{ أَلَا أُخْبِرُكُمْ بِأَهْلِ النَّارِ؟ قَالُوا: بَلَى ، قَالَ : كُلُّ عُتُلٍّ جَوَّاظٍ مُسْتَكْبِرٍ.}
رواه البخاري ومسلم.
عُتُلٍّ = الغليظ الحافي.
جَوَّاظٍ = الضخم المُخْتَال في مِشيَتِه.
The Prophet (PBUH) said,
"Don't I tell you about the people of hell? They said: yes. He said: every cruel, swaggering, arrogant,"

{ أَلَا أُخْبِرُكُمْ بِأَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ؟ قَالُوا: بَلَى ، قَالَ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: كُلُّ ضَعِيفٍ مُتَضَعِّفٍ ، لَوْ أَقْسَمَ عَلَى اللهِ لَأَبَرَّهُ. }
رَوَاهُ البخاري ومسلم.
مُتَضَعِّفٍ = متواضع.
The Prophet (PBUH) said,
"Don't I tell you about the people of heaven? They said: yes. He said: every weak, humble, if he swore by God, Allah will fulfil his oath."
Narrated by Bukhari and Muslim.

قالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَصَحبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
"إِذَا جَاءَ أَحَدُكُمْ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ ، وَالْإِمَامُ يَخْطُبُ ، فَلْيَرْكَعْ رَكْعَتَيْنِ ، وَلْيَتَجَوَّزْ فِيهِمَا"
رواه مسلم.
The Prophet (PBUH) said,
"When one of you comes on Friday, while the imam is delivering the sermon, he should pray two rak'ahs and he should make them short."

عَن أنسِ بن مالكٍ رضي الله عنه قال:
{ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَزُورُ الْأَنْصَارَ ويُسَلِّمُ عَلَى صِبْيَانِهُمْ ، وَيَمْسَحُ بِرِؤوسِهِمْ. }
حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ رَوَاهُ ابن حبان.
Anas Bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) said,
"The prophet of Allah (PBUH) used to visit the Ansar (supporters of early Muslim migrants to Madinah), greet their sons, and wipe with his hand on their heads."

{ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَجْلِسُ بَيْنَ ظَهْرَانَيْ أَصْحَابِهِ فَيَجِيءُ الْغَرِيبُ فَلَا يَدْرِي أَيُّهُمْ هُوَ حَتَّى يَسْأَلَ. }
حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ رَوَاهُ النسائي.
Abu Hurayrah & Abu Dharr said,
"The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) would sit among his Companions. A stranger would come and not recognize him the Prophet (PBUH) until he asked about him (PBUH)."

عَنْ عُرْوَةَ رضي الله عنه قال: قُلْتُ لِعَائِشَةَ:
{ مَا كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَصْنَعُ فِي بَيْتِهِ ؟
قَالَتْ يَخِيطُ ثَوْبَهُ ، وَيَخْصِفُ نَعْلَهُ ، وَيَعْمَلُ مَا يَعْمَلُ الرِّجَالُ فِي بُيُوتِهِمْ. }
حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ رَوَاهُ ابن حبان.
Urwa (May Allah be pleased with him) said, I asked A'isha (May Allah be pleased with her).
{ What did the Prophet (PBUH) do in his house? She replied, He (PBUH) sewed his garment and mended his sandals , and did what men would do in their houses.}

{ إِنَّ اللهَ أَوْحَى إِلَيَّ أَنْ تَوَاضَعُوا ، حَتَّى لَا يَبْغِيَ أَحَدٌ عَلَى أَحَدٍ ، وَلَا يَفْخَرَ أَحَدٌ عَلَى أَحَدٍ. }
رَوَاهُ مسلم
The Prophet ( PBUH ) said,
"Allah has revealed to me that you should be humble so that none of you will oppress anyone else and none of you will show pride upon another ."

{ مَن قَرَأَ سورةَ الكَهفِ يومَ الجُمُعةِ ، أضاءَ له من النورِ ما بَينَ الجُمُعتينِ . }
حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ رَوَاهُ الحاكم.
The Prophet (PBUH) Said,
"Whoever recites Al-Kahf Surah on Friday, a light will shine for him between that Friday and the next one."
Narrated by Alhakem.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ وَ صَحْبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
[ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ تَكَافَأُ دِمَاؤُهُمْ ، وَهُمْ يَدٌ عَلَى مَنْ سِوَاهُمْ ، وَيَسْعَى بِذِمَّتِهِمْ أَدنَاهُمْ. ]
حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ رَوَاهُ أبو داود.
تَكَافَأُ دِماؤُهم = تَتساوَى دِماؤُهم في القِصاصِ والدِّيَاتِ.
يَدٌ على مَنْ سِواهم = قوَّةٌ مُجْتَمِعَةٌ على أعدائِهم.
وَيَسْعَى بِذِمَّتِهِمْ أَدنَاهُمْ = إذا أعطى أحدُ المسلمين عهْدًا لغيرِ مسلمٍ ولو كان عبْداً أو أَمَةً وَجَبَ على باقي المسلمين أنْ يُوفُوا عهْدَه.
The Prophet ( PBUH ) said,
"The lives of the believers are equal in value, and they are one against others, and protection given even by the least among them is to be honoured."

عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، رضِيَ اللهُ عنهُما قَالَ:
{ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يُفْطِرُ أَيَّامَ الْبِيضِ فِي حَضَرٍ وَلَا سَفَرٍ.}
حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ رَوَاهُ النَّسَائيّ.
✏ ملحوظة : حث العلماء على مضاعفة الأجر بالجمع بين نيتي صوم الإثنين و الخميس و الأيام البيض.
علما ًبأن الأيام البيض لهذا الشهر تبدأ من الغد ( الأثنين ).
Abdullah Ibn Abbas (May Allah be pleased with them) said,
[ it was the practice of the Prophet (PBUH), not to omit fast on bright days whether he was a resident or travelling. ]
Narrated by Al-Nasa'i.
✏ Note: Scholars advised to double the reward by combining intentions of fasting Monday with a white day.
The three white days start tomorrow (Monday).

قالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَصَحبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
[ ما من آدميٍّ إلا في رأسِه حَكَمَةٌ بيدِ مَلَكٍ ، فإذا تواضَع قيل للملَكِ : ارْفَعْ حَكَمَتَه ، وإذا تكبَّر قيل للملَكِ : ضَعْ حَكَمَتَه. ]
حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ رَوَاهُ الطبراني.
الحَكَمَة = اللِّجام الذي يُوضع في فم الدَّابة.
رفع الحكمة = رفع القدر والمنزلة.
وضع الحكمة = الإذلال.
The prophet (PBUH) said:
"There is no human being but that upon his head are reins in the hands of an angel. When he shows humility, the angel is ordered to lift his reins to raise him up. When he shows arrogance, the angel is ordered to fasten his reins to humble him."

[ يَقُولُ اللهُ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَ: من تواضع لي هكذا
-وأشار النبي بباطن يده إلى الأرض-
رفعتُه هكذا
-وأشار بها إلى السماء-. ]
حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ رَوَاهُ أحمد.
The Prophet (PBUH) said,
[ that Allah, may He be blessed and exalted - says: "Whoever humbles himself before Me like that"
–and the prophet pointed out his palm down towards the ground–
"I will raise him in status like this."
-and he (the prophet) raised his hand towards the sky.]

[ مَا نَقَصَتْ صَدَقَةٌ مِنْ مَالٍ وَمَا زَادَ اللَّهُ عَبْدًا بِعَفْوٍ إِلاَّ عِزًّا وَمَا تَوَاضَعَ أَحَدٌ لِلَّهِ إِلاَّ رَفَعَهُ اللهُ. ]
رَوَاهُ مُسلِم.
The Prophet (PBUH) said,
"Charity does not decrease property and Allah increases the honor of him who forgives and no one will humble himself for Allah’s sake except that Allah raises his status."

عن عروة بن عمرو رضي الله عنه قال: أتى النَّبيَّ صلَّى اللَّهُ علَيهِ وسلَّمَ رجلٌ ، فَكَلَّمَهُ ، فجَعلَ ترعدُ فرائصُهُ ، فقالَ لَهُ:
{ هوِّن عليكَ ، فإنِّي لستُ بملِكٍ ،
إنَّما أَنا ابنُ امرأةٍ تأكُلُ القَديدَ. }
حديث صحيح رواه ابن ماجه.
ترعدُ فرائصُهُ = يرتجف خوفاً.
القَديدَ = اللحم المجفف.
Orwa Ben Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) said, A man came to the Prophet (PBUH) and his voice trembled out of awe as he spoke to him. The Prophet said to him,
"Be calm, for I am not a king. Verily, I am only the son of a woman who ate dried meat."
Narrated by Ben Majah.

[ تُعْرَضُ الْأَعْمَالُ يَوْمَ الِاثْنَيْنِ وَالْخَمِيسِ فَأُحِبُّ أَنْ يُعْرَضَ عَمَلِي وَأَنَا صَائِمٌ. ]
حديث حسن رواه الترمذي.
The prophet ( PBUH ) said,
[ Deeds of people are presented (to Allah) on Mondays and Thursdays So I like my deeds be presented while I am fasting. ]

{ يُحشَرُ المُتَكَبِّرُونَ يَوْمَ القِيَامَةِ أَمْثَالَ الذَّرِّ فِي صُوَرِ الرِّجَالِ ، يَغْشَاهُمُ الذُّلُّ مِنْ كُلِّ مَكَانٍ.}
حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ رَوَاهُ التِرمِذِي.
أَمْثَالَ الذَّرِّ = في الصِغَرِ و الحقَارةِ.
The Prophet (PBUH) said,
"The arrogant people are crowded together on the day of resurrection like small particles with images of men, Overlayed with humility from every side."

قالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَصَحبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
{ لا يَدخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ مَنْ كَانَ فِي قَلْبِهِ مِثْقَالُ ذَرَّةٍ مِنْ كِبْرٍ ، قَالَ رَجُلٌ: إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ يُحِبُّ أَنْ يَكُونَ ثَوْبُهُ حَسَنًا ، وَنَعْلُهُ حَسَنَةً ، قَالَ: إِنَّ اللهَ جَمِيلٌ يُحِبُّ الْجَمَالَ ، الْكِبرُ بَطَرُ الْحَقِّ ، وَغَمْطُ النَّاسِ.}
رواه مسلم.
بَطَرُ الْحَقِّ = رده تجبُّرًا وترفُّعًا.
وَغَمْطُ النَّاسِ = احتقارهم.
The Prophet (PBUH) said,
"He who has as much arrogance in his heart as the weight of an atom, will not enter heaven, A man said: a man likes to have good clothing and good shoes,
He said: Allah is beautiful and He likes beauty, Arrogance is the denial of rights and belittling of people."

"إِذَا نَعَسَ أَحَدُكُمْ فِي مَجْلِسِهِ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ ، فَلْيَتَحَوَّلْ مِنْهُ إِلَى غَيْرِهِ."
حديث صحيح رواه أحمد.
The Prophet (PBUH) said:
"If anyone of you feels sleepy during the Friday sermon, then let him change his place."

{ لا تُطرُونِي كَمَا أَطرَتْ النَّصَارَى ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ ، فَإِنَّمَا أَنَا عَبْدٌهُ ، فَقُولُوا: عَبْدُ اللهِ وَرَسُولُهُ. }
رَوَاهُ البخاري.
The Prophet (PBUH) said,
"Don't exaggerate in praising me as the Christians over-praised the son of Mary, for I am only a slave, therefore, call me the slave of Allah and His messenger."

{ قَالَ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: « الْكِبْرِيَاءُ رِدَائِي ، وَالْعَظَمَةُ إِزَارِي ، فَمَنْ نَازَعَنِي وَاحِدًا مِنْهُمَا ، قَذَفْتُهُ فِي النَّارِ »}
حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ رَوَاهُ ابن ماجه
The Prophet (PBUH) said,
{ Allah, the Almighty and Exalted,says, "Pride is My cloak and greatness is My wrapper, And whoever competes with Me with regard to either of them,
I shall throw him into Hell-Fire"}

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَصَحبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
{ مَنْ وَلَّاهُ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ ، مِنْ أَمْرِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ شَيْئًا ، فَأَرَادَ بِهِ خَيْرًا جَعَلَ لَهُ وَزِيرَ صِدْقٍ ، فَإِنْ نَسِيَ ذَكَّرَهُ ، وَإِنْ ذَكَرَ أَعَانَهُ. }
حديث صحيح رواه النسائي
The Prophet ( PBUH ) said,
"Whoever among you is appointed to a position of authority over the Muslims' affairs. If Allah wills good for him. He will give him a righteous minister who will remind him if he forgets and help him if he remembers."
Narrated by Nasa'i.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَصَحبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
"انْصُرْ أَخَاكَ ظَالِمًا أَوْ مَظْلُومًا." قَالُوا: "يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ، هَذَا نَنْصُرُهُ مَظْلُومًا ، فَكَيْفَ نَنْصُرُهُ ظَالِمًا؟" قَالَ: "تَأْخُذُ فَوْقَ يَدَيْهِ."
رواه البخاري.
تَأْخُذُ فَوْقَ يَدَيْهِ = تمنعه من الظلم•
The Prophet ( PBUH ) said,
"Help your brother whether he is an oppressor or is oppressed." People said: "O Messenger of Allah! We help him when he is oppressed, but how do we help him when he is an oppressor?" The Prophet (PBUH) said: "By preventing him from oppressing (others)."

عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى رضي الله عنه عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:
{ عَلَى كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ صَدَقَةٌ ، قَالَ: أَرَأَيْت إنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ ؟ قَالَ: يَعْتَمِلُ بِيَدَيْهِ فَيَنْفَعُ نَفْسَهُ وَيَتَصَدَّقُ ، قَالَ: أَرَأَيْت إنْ لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ ؟ قَالَ :يُعِينُ ذَا الْحَاجَةِ الْمَلْهُوفِ ، قَالَ: أَرَأَيْت إنْ لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ ؟ قَالَ: يَأْمُرُ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ أَوْ الْخَيْرِ ، قَالَ: أَرَأَيْت إنْ لَمْ يَفْعَلْ ؟ قَالَ: يُمْسِكُ عَنْ الشَّرِّ فَإِنَّهَا صَدَقَةٌ }.
رَوَاهُ البُخَارِيْ و مًسلِمٌ.
Abu Mousa narrated that, the Prophet (PBUH) said,
"Giving Sadaqa (charity) is essential upon every Muslim.
It was said (to him): What do you say of him who does not find (the means) to do so?
He said, Let him work with both his hands, thus doing benefit to himself and give charity.
It was said to him: What about him who does not have (the means) to do so? He said, Then let him assist the needy, the aggrieved. It was said, “What do you say of one who cannot even do this?” He said, “Then he should enjoin what is reputable or what is good. He said, “What about him if he cannot do that?” He (the Prophet) said: He should then abstain from evil, for verify that is charity on his behalf.”

قالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى الله ُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ وَصَحبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
[ كَفَى بِالْمَرْءِ كَذِبًا أَنْ يُحَدِّثَ بِكُلِّ مَا سَمِعَ. ]
رواه مسلم.
The Prophet (PBUH) said,
"it is enough a lie for a man to narrate everything he hears."
Narrated by Muslim.
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَليهِ وَآلِهِ وَصَحبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
[ مَنْ حَدَّثَ عَنِّي بِحَدِيثٍ يُرَى أَنَّهُ كَذِبٌ فَهُوَ أَحَدُ الْكَاذِبَين.]
رَوَاهُ مسلم.
The Prophet (PBUH) said,
"Whoever narrates a Hadith from me thinking it to be false, then he is one of the two liars."
Narrated by Muslim.
