قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَصَحبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
[ مَنْ قَالَ حِينَ يَسْمَعُ الْمُؤَذِّنَ:
أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لاَ شَرِيكَ لَهُ ، وَأَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ ، رَضِيتُ بِاللَّهِ رَبًّا وَبِمُحَمَّدٍ رَسُولاً وَبِالإِسْلاَمِ دِينًا ، غُفِرَ لَهُ ذَنْبُهُ. ]
رَوَاهُ مُسلِم.
The Prophet (PBUH) said,
"Whoever says, when he hears the Mu'athen (caller of prayers): 'I bear witness that there is no God but Allah alone with no partner, and that Muhammad is the His slave and Messenger; I am content with Allah as my Lord, Muhammad as my Messenger and Islam as my religion', his sins will be forgiven."

[ مَا قَالَ عَبْدٌ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ قَطُّ مُخْلِصًا إِلاَّ فُتِحَتْ لَهُ أَبْوَابُ السَّمَاءِ حَتَّى تُفْضِيَ إِلَى الْعَرْشِ مَا اجْتَنَبَ الْكَبَائِرَ. ]
حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ رَوَاه الترمذي.
تُفْضِيَ إِلَى الْعَرْشِ= تصِلَ إلى عَرشِ الرحمن. والمرادُ سُرعةُ القَبولِ وكثرةُ الثَّوابِ
The Prophet (PBUH) said,
"no worshipper will ever say sincerely, 'There is no God but Allah' except that the gates of heaven get opened for him so that it may come to the Throne, as long as he avoids major sins."

[ أَسْعَدُ النَّاسِ بِشَفَاعَتِي يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مَنْ قَالَ: لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ خَالِصًا مِنْ قِبَلِ نَفْسِهِ. ]
رَوَاهُ البُخَاريُ.
The Prophet (PBUH) said,
"The happiest person to receive my intercession on the Day of Resurrection will be the one who said 'there is no God but Allah' sincerely from his heart"

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى الله ُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَصَحبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ :
{إِنَّمَا مَثَلُ الْمُهَجِّرِ إِلَى الصَّلاةِ كَمَثَلِ الَّذِي يُهْدِي الْبَدَنَةَ
ثُمَّ الَّذِي عَلَى إِثْرِهِ كَالَّذِي يُهْدِي الْبَقَرَةَ
ثُمَّ الَّذِي عَلَى إِثْرِهِ كَالَّذِي يُهْدِي الْكَبْشَ
ثُمَّ الَّذِي عَلَى إِثْرِهِ كَالَّذِي يُهْدِي الدَّجَاجَةَ
ثُمَّ الَّذِي عَلَى إِثْرِهِ كَالَّذِي يُهْدِي الْبَيْضَةَ}.
مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ ( رَوَاهُ البُخَارِيُّ وَمُسْلِمٌ ).
الْمُهَجِّر = أَي الْمُبَادِر إِلَى الصَّلَاة قَبْل النَّاس.
The Prophet (PBUH) said,
"The likeness of the one who comes so early to the Friday prayer is that of the one who sacrificed a camel, then the one who comes after him is like the one who sacrificed a cow, then the one who comes after him is like the one who sacrificed a ram, then the one who comes after him is like the one who sacrificed a chicken, then the one who comes after him is like the one who sacrificed an egg."

The Prophet (PBUH) said:
"Every servant, who used to say: 'There is no God but Allah', seeking Allah’s pleasure, will be secured from the hellfire on the Day of Resurrection."

( إِنَّ اللهَ لا يَنْظُرُ إِلَى صُوَرِكُمْ وَأَمْوَالِكُمْ ، وَلَكِنْ يَنْظُرُ إِلَى قُلُوبِكُمْ وَأَعْمَالِكُمْ. )

The Prophet ( PBUH ) said,
"Allah does not look at your figures or your wealth, but He looks at your hearts and your deeds."

[ التَمِسوا السَّاعةَ الَّتي تُرجَى في يومِ الجمُعةِ بعدَ العصرِ إلى غَيبوبةِ الشَّمسِ.]
حديث صحيح رواه الترمذي.
The Prophet (PBUH) said,
[ Seek out the hour that is hoped for answer on Friday after Asr (prayer) until the sun sets. ]

قال اللهُ تبارك وتعالى:
( أَنَا أَغْنَىَ الشّرَكَاءِ عَنِ الشّرْكِ. مَنْ عَمِلَ عَمَلاً أَشْرَكَ فِيهِ مَعِي غَيْرِي، تَرَكْتُهُ وَشِرْكَهُ.)
رَواهُ مُسلِم.
Allah's Messenger (PBUH) stated that Allah the Most High and Exalted said,
"I am self-sufficient that I am in no need of having a partner. Thus, he who does an action for the sake of someone else beside Me, I abandon him with the one whom he associates with Me."

{ صِيَامُ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ بِعَشَرَةِ أَشْهُرٍ،
وَصِيَامُ سِتَّةِ أَيَّامٍ بِشَهْرَيْنِ؛
فَذَلِكَ صِيَامِ السَّنَةِ } .
رواه أحمد .
The Prophet (PBUH) said:
"Fasting Ramadan is equal to fasting ten months, and the fasting of six days is equal to two months, and that is fasting the year"

"The deeds that Allah The Exalted loves most are those which are constant, even if they are few."

عَنْ أُمِّ عَطِيَّةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْها قَالَتْ :
"أَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ نُخْرِجَهُنَّ فِي الْفِطْرِ وَالأَضْحَى الْعَوَاتِقَ وَالْحُيَّضَ وَذَوَاتِ الْخُدُورِ، فَأَمَّا الْحُيَّضُ فَيَعْتَزِلْنَ الصَّلاةَ وَيَشْهَدْنَ الْخَيْرَ وَدَعْوَةَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ."
رَوَاه البُخَارِي ومُسلِم.
الْعَوَاتِق هن من بَلَغَن الْحُلُم
ذَوَات الْخُدُور أي الأبكار.
Um Atiyah, may Allah be pleased with her, said:
"The messenger of Allah (PBUH) ordered us to let women go out on Al-Fitr and Al-Adha, (including) teenagers, menstruating women and virgins. The menstruating women should avoid the prayer, and witness the good and the supplication of the Muslims."

عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ:
"فَرَضَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ زَكَاةَ الْفِطْرِ طُهْرَةً لِلصَّائِمِ مِنْ اللَّغْوِ وَالرَّفَثِ وَطُعْمَةً لِلْمَسَاكِينِ ، مَنْ أَدَّاهَا قَبْلَ الصَّلاةِ فَهِيَ زَكَاةٌ مَقْبُولَةٌ ، وَمَنْ أَدَّاهَا بَعْدَ الصَّلاةِ فَهِيَ صَدَقَةٌ مِنْ الصَّدَقَاتِ."
رواه أبو داود.
اللَّغْوِ أي الكلام عديم الفائدة
الرَّفَثِ هو الكلام الفاحش والبذيء
Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with him, said,
"The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) enjoined Zakat-ul-fitr as a purification for the fasting person (during the month of Ramadan) from any indecent act or speech, and for the purpose of providing food for the needy. If given before the Eid prayer, it is a zakah, and if given after the Eid prayer, it is a sadaqah (voluntary charity)."

"إِنَّ فِي الْجَنَّةِ بَابًا يُقَالُ لَهُ الرَّيَّانُ ، يَدْخُلُ مِنْهُ الصَّائِمُونَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ، لا يَدْخُلُ مَعَهُمْ أَحَدٌ غَيْرُهُمْ."

The Prophet (PBUH) said,
"There is a gate in paradise called Al Rayyan through which only those who used to fast will enter on the Day of Judgement, and no one else will."

The Prophet (PBUH) said,
"Performing 'Umrah during Ramadan is equal to performing Hajj (pilgrimage) with me."

عن عائشة رضي الله عنها قالت:
"كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِذَا دَخَلَ الْعَشْرُ شَدَّ مِئْزَرَهُ ، وَأَحْيَا لَيْلَهُ ، وَأَيْقَظَ أَهْلَهُ."
رواه البخاري.
شد مئزره أي جد واجتهد في العبادة (وقيل المراد اعتزل النساء).
Aishah, the Prophet's wife (May Allah be pleased with her), reported:
At the start of the last ten days of Ramadan, the Prophet (PBUH) used to tighten his waist belt, stay up at night (worshipping Allah), and wake his family up (to do the same).
Narrated by Al Bukhari.
Note: 'He used to tighten his waist belt' refers to exerting more effort and devoting himself to worshipping Allah.

{ أفضلُ الصلواتِ عندَ اللهِ

The Prophet (PBUH) said,
"The best of prayers in Allah's regards is the dawn prayer on Friday in congregation."

The Prophet (PBUH) said,
"He who professed that there is no God but Allah and made a denial of everything else that is worshipped beside Allah, his property and blood become inviolable, and his reckoning is with Allah"

[ خَيْرُ مَا قُلْتُ أَنَا وَالنَّبِيُّونَ مِنْ قَبْلِي: لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لاَ شَرِيكَ لَهُ ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ. ]
حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ رَوَاه الترمذي.
The Prophet (PBUH) said,
"the best thing which I and the prophets before me have said is, ‘There is no God but Allah alone with no partner, to Him belongs the dominion, to Him praise is due, and He is omnipotent.’"

عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رضِيَ اللهُ عنهُما قَالَ:
{ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يُفْطِرُ أَيَّامَ الْبِيضِ فِي حَضَرٍ وَلَا سَفَرٍ.}
حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ رَوَاهُ النَّسَائيّ.
✏ ملحوظة : حث العلماء على مضاعفة الأجر بالجمع بين نيتي صوم الإثنين و الخميس و الأيام البيض.
علما ًبأن الأيام البيض لهذا الشهر تبدأ من الغد ( الأربعاء ).
Abdullah Ibn Abbas (May Allah be pleased with them) said,
[ it was the practice of the Prophet (PBUH), not to omit fast on bright days whether he was a resident or travelling. ]
Narrated by Al-Nasa'i.
✏ Note: Scholars advised to double the reward by combining intentions of fasting Monday with a white day.
The three white days start tomorrow (Wednesday).

[إِذَا جَمَعَ اللَّهُ الأَوَّلِينَ وَالآخِرِينَ لِيَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ ، لِيَوْمٍ لاَ رَيْبَ فِيهِ ، نَادَى مُنَادٍ: مَنْ كَانَ أَشْرَكَ فِي عَمَلٍ عَمَلَهُ لِلَّهِ فَلْيَطْلُبْ ثَوَابَهُ مِنْ عِنْدِ غَيْرِ اللَّهِ ، فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ أَغْنَى الشُّرَكَاءِ عَنِ الشِّرْكِ.]
حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ رَواهُ ابنُ ماجَه.
The Prophet (PBUH) said,
"When Allah gathers the former and the latter peoples on the Day of Resurrection, a day about which there is no doubt, a caller will call: ‘Whoever associated anyone else in an action that he did for Allah, let him seek his reward from someone other than Allah, for Allah is self-sufficient that He has no need of any associate."
Narrated by Ibn Majah.

{ مَن قَرَأَ سورةَ الكَهفِ يومَ الجُمُعةِ ، أضاءَ له من النورِ ما بَينَ الجُمُعتينِ . }
حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ رَوَاهُ الحاكم.
The Prophet (PBUH) Said,
"Whoever recites Al-Kahf Surah on Friday, a light will shine for him between that Friday and the next one."
Narrated by Alhakem.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَليهِ وَآلِهِ وَصَحبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
( أَسْعَدُ النَّاسِ بِشَفَاعَتِي يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مَنْ قَالَ: لا إِلهَ إِلاَّ اللهُ خَالِصَاً مِنْ قَلْبِهِ أَوْ نَفْسِهِ. )
رَواهُ البُخَارِيّ
Allah's Messenger (PBUH) said,
"The happiest person who will have my intercession on the Day of Resurrection will be the one who said, 'There is no God but Allah,' sincerely from the bottom of his heart."

( إِنَّمَا الأَعْمَالُ بالنِّيَّاتِ و إِنَّمَا لِكُلِّ امْرِئٍ ما نَوَى ، فَمَنْ كَانَتْ هِجْرَتُهُ إِلَى اللهِ وَرَسُولِهِ فَهِجْرَتُهُ إِلى اللهِ وَرَسُولِهِ ، وَمَنْ كَانَتْ هِجْرَتُهُ لِدُنْيَا يُصِيبُهَا أَو امْرَأَةٍ يَنْكِحُهَا ، فَهِجْرَتُهُ إِلَى مَا هَاجَرَ إِلَيْهِ. )
رَواهُ البُخَارِيّ و مُسلِم.
The Prophet (PBUH) said,
"Deeds are to be judged only by intentions and everyone will have only what he intends. When one’s emigration is to Allah and His Messenger, his emigration will be to Allah and His Messenger, and when his emigration is to a worldly gain or a woman to marry, his emigration will be to that for which he emigrated."
Narrated by Al-Bukhari and Muslim.

عن عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: قَالَ لِي رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
"يَا عَبْدَ اللهِ لَا تَكُنْ مِثْلَ فُلَانٍ، كَانَ يَقُومُ اللَّيْلَ فَتَرَكَ قِيَامَ اللَّيْلِ."
رواه البخاري ومسلم.
Abdullah Bin Amr Bin Al-Aas, may Allah be pleased with them, reported:
"The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said to me: 'O Abdullah, do not be like so-and-so; he used to pray qiyam-ul-lail and then he stopped.'"

"مَنْ صَامَ رَمَضَانَ ثُمَّ أَتْبَعَهُ سِتًّا مِنْ شَوَّالٍ كَانَ كَصِيَامِ الدَّهْرِ."
رواه مسلم.
📝 ملاحظة: حث العلماء على مضاعفة الأجر بالجمع بين نية صوم ست من شوال والأيام البيض ويومي الإثنين والخميس.
The Prophet (PBUH) said:
"Whoever fasts (the month of) Ramadan, then fasts six days in (the month of) Shawwal, it will be equal to fasting the whole year."
Narrated by Muslim.
📝 Note: scholars have encouraged to double the reward by combining the intention of fasting six days of Shawal with the white days and the days of Monday and Thursday.

"كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم َلا يَغْدُو يَوْمَ الْفِطْرِ حَتَّى يَأْكُلَ تَمَرَاتٍ ، ويأكلهن وِتراً."
رواه البخاري.
Anas Ibn Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) said,
"The Prophet (PBUH) did not use to go out on Al Fitr morning until he ate some dates, which he used to eat in odd numbers."
Narrated by Al Bukhari.

"كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَجْوَدُ النَّاسِ ، وَكَانَ أَجْوَد مَا يَكُونُ فِي رَمَضَان."

Ibn Abbas (May Allah be pleased with them) said,
"Allah's Messenger (PBUH) was the most generous of all people, and he used to be even more generous in the month of Ramadan."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَصَحبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
"رَغِمَ أَنْفُ رَجُلٍ دَخَلَ عَلَيْهِ رَمَضَانُ فَانْسَلَخَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُغْفَرَ لَهُ."
حديث حسن رواه الترمذي.
رَغِمَ أَنْفُ : أي خاب وخسر.
فَانْسَلَخَ : أي انتهى.
The Prophet (PBUH) said,
"What a loss it is for a man to witness Ramadan from beginning to end without having his sins forgiven."
Narrated by Al Tirmithi.

عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ الله عَنْهَا قَالَتْ:
"قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ عَلِمْتُ أَيُّ لَيْلَةٍ لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ مَا أَقُولُ فِيهَا، قَالَ: قُولِي اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ عَفُوٌّ كَرِيمٌ تُحِبُّ الْعَفْوَ فَاعْفُ عَنِّي."
حديث صحيح رواه الترمذي.
Aisha (May Allah be pleased with her) reported:
"I asked: 'O Messenger of Allah! If I witness Lailat-ul-Qadr (the Night of Decree), what should I supplicate?'
He (PBUH) replied: 'Say: O Allah, You are the Most Forgiving and Generous, and You love forgiveness, so forgive me.'"

عن عائشة رضيَ الله عنها زوج النَّبي صَلَّى الله عليه وسَلَّم:
"أنَّ النّبي صَلَّى اللهُ عليهِ وسلَّمَ كانَ يعتَكِفُ العشرَ الأواخرَ من رمضانَ حتَّى توفَّاهُ اللهُ ، ثمَّ اعتَكَفَ أزواجُهُ من بعدِهِ."
رواه البخاري و مسلم.
Aishah, the Prophet's wife (May Allah be pleased with her), reported:
"The Prophet (PBUH) used to practise i'tikaf during the last ten days of Ramadan till he passed away. His wives followed this practice after him."
Narrated by Al Bukhari & Muslim.
Note: I'tikaf is staying in a masjid devoting oneself to worshipping Allah and staying away from worldly affairs.
