قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَليهِ وَآلِهِ وَصَحبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
[ الحُمَّى مِنْ فَيْحِ جَهَنَّمَ ، فَابْرُدُوهَا بِالْمَاءِ ].
مُتّفَقٌ عَليهِ ( رَوَاهُ البُخَاري ومُسلِم ).
The Prophet ( PBUH ) said,
"Fever is from the exhalation heat of Hell fire,
So cool it with water."
Narrated by Bukhari and Muslim.

عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سَرْجِسَ ، قَالَ :
كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
[ إِذَا سَافَرَ يَتَعَوَّذُ مِنْ وَعْثَاءِ السَّفَرِ ، وَكَآبَةِ الْمُنْقَلَبِ ، وَالْحَوْرِ بَعْدَ الكورِ ، وَدَعْوَةِ الْمَظْلُومِ ، وَسُوءِ الْمَنْظَرِ فِي الْأَهْلِ وَالْمَالِ .]
رَوَاهُ مسلم.
وَعْثَاءِ السَّفَرِ = شدته.
الْحَوْرِ بَعْدَ الْكَوْر = الرجوع من الاستقامة أو الزيادة إلى النقص.
Abdullah ben Sarjis (May Allah be pleased with him) said that,
"when Allah's Messenger (PBUH) set forth on a journey, he sought refuge (with Allah) from the hardships of the travelling, and finding of evil changes on return, and disgrace after honour, and the curse of the oppressed and a gloomy sad scene in family and property."

عَن كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ:
[ لَقَلَّمَا كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَخْرُجُ إِذَا خَرَجَ فِي سَفَرٍ إِلَّا يَوْمَ الْخَمِيسِ.]
رَوَاهُ البُخَارِّيُ
Traveling on Thursday if possible"
Ka`b bin Malik used to say:
"Scarcely did Allah's Messenger (PBUH) set out for a journey on a day other than Thursday."

[ مَنْ كَانَ مَعَهُ فَضْلُ ظَهْرٍ،
فَلْيَعُدْ بِهِ عَلَى مَنْ لَا ظَهْرَ لَهُ،
وَمَنْ كَانَ لَهُ فَضْلٌ مِنْ زَادٍ،
فَلْيَعُدْ بِهِ عَلَى مَنْ لَا زَادَ لَهُ ].
رَوَاهُ مسلم.
الظهر = وسيلة السفر.
The Prophet (PBUH) said,
"He who has an extra mount should give that to who has no mount, and he who has surplus of provisions should give them to who has no provisions."
Narrated by Muslim.

عَنْ الشَّرِيدِ بْنِ سُوَيْدٍ رَّضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ:
مَرَّ بِي رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَنَا جَالِسٌ وَقَدْ وَضَعْتُ يَدِي الْيُسْرَى خَلْفَ ظَهْرِي وَاتَّكَأْتُ عَلَى إلْيَةِ يَدِي فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ؛
[ لا تَقْعُدُ قَعْدَةَ الْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ ]
رواه أبو داود.
إلية يدي = باطنها.
المغضوب عليهم = اليهود.
Ash-Sharid Bin Suwaid (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The messenger of Allah (PBUH) passed by me when I was sitting with my left hand behind my back and leaning on its palm. On seeing me in this posture he said, "Do not sit like those upon whom the wrath of Allah has descended."

حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ رَوَاهُ أحمد
The Prophet (PBUH) said,
"Who asked for forgiveness often, Allah will make him a relief from every concern, And a way out from every distress, And He will give him sustainance from where he does not expect."

The Prophet (PBUH) said,
"Three supplications are answered without a doubt: the supplication of someone who is oppressed, the supplication of someone on a journey, and the supplication of parents against their children."

The Prophet (PBUH) Said,
"Whoever recites Al-Kahf Surah on Friday, a light will shine for him between that Friday and the next one."

[ لا تسافِرُ المرأةُ ثلاثًا إلا مع ذِي مَحْرَمٍ.]
مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيهِ ( رَوَاهُ البُخَارِيْ و مًسلِمٌ ).
ثلاثًا = ثلاثة أيام.
The Prophet (PBUH) said,
"A woman should not travel three days except with a Dhi-Mahram (i.e. a male with whom she cannot marry at all, e.g. her brother, father, grandfather, etc.) or her own husband.)"

The prophet (PBUH) said,
"It is sufficient for you to fast three days every month, as the reward of a good deed is multiplied by ten, so it will be like fasting the whole year."

{ صَوْمُ شَهْرِ الصَّبْرِ ، وَثَلَاثَةِ أيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ ، يُذْهِبْنَ وَحَرَ الصَّدْرِ. }
حديث صحيح رواه البزار.
شَهْرِ الصَّبْرِ = شهر رمضان.
وَحَرَ الصَّدْرِ = غله و وساوسه.
📝ملاحظة: حث العلماء على مضاعفة الأجر بالجمع بين نية صوم ست من شوال والايام البيض و يومي الأثنين و الخميس.
✏️ ملاحظة: الأيام البيض لهذا الشهر تبدأ من الغد إن شاء الله ( الإثنين ).
The Prophet (PBUH) said,
"Fasting the month of patience (Ramadan) and three days every month takes away impurity from one's heart."

📝Notes: Scholars have encouraged to double the reward by combining the intention of fasting six days of Shawal with the white days and the days of Monday and Thursday.
✏️ The three white days of this month will start tomorrow (Monday).

and the best prayer after the prescribed prayer is the prayer during night. )
